Whilst I acknowledge that my room was comfortable and well-lit and that there were many helpful, polite and friendly employees in the hotel who did a fine job, especially when I needed assistance with non-functioning electric sockets and key cards, many of the day-to-day happenings left the impression that this hotel was not worthy of a 4 star rating.
Every time I took a shower during my 15 night stay, water poured out under the shower door, soaking the bathmat and flooding the bathroom floor. It could not fail to be observed by staff. On another occasion a boy returning my laundry unlocked my door and walked straight in without knocking! Does Management have no policy about this? And need the music in the corridors and the lift bells be so loud, easily heard within rooms when trying to get to sleep?
However I had more concerns with the dining room. Breakfast is programmed to begin at 07:00. I would turn up at 07:15 and the fruit juice and cold milk I required, though clearly labelled on the serving table, had not yet left the inner reaches of the kitchen. Fresh fruit was meant to be on offer, but on two occasions, in spite of my asking, it was still not there by 07:45, three-quarters of an hour after opening time, when I had to leave for work, and so I had to go without. Hot buffet suppers were too often displayed in open containers, the food being unpleasantly cold even within 15 minutes of the start of the meal. It is not because of a shortage of waiters; they often outnumber patrons, too often looking over-closely at diners so as to be first to remove their plates once they have finished a course, sometimes even before that time. The hotel is not in a great area, and so alternative eateries are not really an alternative.
All in all very disappointing. Does that really sound like a hotel with a 4 star rating?

It is because of this that many of these people stay in such hotels. Thus, the chosen hotel is well publicized, thus fulfilling its objective. If you were well attended in the accommodation you choose, you could thank the good service through e-mail, which is a practical way for thanking

I have stayed for one night and stay was good. I felt that the room was bit smaller, but nicely decorated. The staffs were very courteous and cordial. They even allowed for late check-out . Morning breakfast was good enough with and include varieties. Only draw back i felt is they did not inform me about the pick up and drop facility offered by hotel from Salem junction. Overall a nice enjoyable stay.

Only One day stayed .Mr.Ravi driver picked my Family from Salem junction Railway station.His service is very Good.(Pick up arrangents made by the Front Desk Manager Mr.Sandosh&P.Menaka.)
When we entred into the hotel,and starting the Check-in formalities , there is A surprise my elder brother along with His Family Who came from Coimbatore also Just an hour before checked in the same hotel and give A surprise to us.At this moment we can'not express our feelings.In the mean time a welcome drink arrived, we enjoyed.Our baggages were taken care by the bagagiste Mr. Saravanan and drop them in our alloted Room .His service is very good , and provide details about the facilities available in Hotel .Room gives a peaceful ambience,neat & clean.The lobby with Lion Statue with adequate seat facilities available where you canSit & Chat with the friends&Relatives.
Over all the staff Mr.Sandosh,P.Menaka gave us all assistances ,our stay FEEL LIKE A FAMILY.
I, would recommend this Sivaraj Holiday Inn for any One Who is looking to have peaceful stay with Smiling service.

The rooms are bit smaller compared to other hotel but the stay was very excellent , ambiance is good and the staffs are helpful full and supportive . location is also very convenient.It is value for money. Over all excellent
