FANTASTIC STAFF, GREAT HOTEL, FABULOUS LOCATION

The staff at 60 Beverly Hills were exceptional. They went out of their way to make our stay in LA the best it could be. The Concierge helped plan our activities and booked everything for us. They followed up the next day to make sure we had enjoyed our trips & tours. We were always warmly greeted when coming & going. Our room was very comfortable and we couldn't ask for more. The rooftop pool and bar were a highlight .- amazing views. The location topped it all off. I will defiantly be returning to this hotel.
Gorgeous Hotel, Great Service

While visiting LA we stayed here, because the location looked great. The hotel itself was gorgeous inside! Really loved the use of dark materials throughout the hotel. Awesome pool on the roof, although we didn't get a chance to use it. The rooftop view was worth it, however! The best part about our stay was the great staff. Everyone was kind and attentive and made us feel very welcome. Csongor, at the front desk, was especially kind to us. He helped us check in and found us a great room. After our first night, we realized it wasn't quite what we wanted (it was on the lowest floor, with more of a business vibe), and Csongor moved us to an amazing room on an upper floor, with a great view of the hills and city. Would stay again based on the staff, location and decor!
Roof top pool with views for days

This was a great spot for a few afternoon cocktails and a dip in the pool. I travel a lot and I much prefer areas outside of the Hollywood area for vacationing, but this spot would be great for a lot of travellers if you are looking to not drive in LA.
Service was friendly but a bit slow. With the pool and tables quite full the two working were clearly overwhelmed.
Would recommend it to anyone looking for a fun afternoon !
Don't stay here as a business traveler

My company booked me at Sixty for business in Beverly Hills and I will ask them to choose somewhere else if I have to return to LA. I was there for two nights, working the entire time. I had a terrible experience that lasted well after I left.
Pros
-Desk
-Decent free WiFi
Cons
-No coffee or food until 7 on weekends and then room service was half an hour late (I'd been up for hours working on east coast time, and there is very little nearby that opens early).
-It is unclear what is wrong with their second floor as it doesn't seem to be under construction, but only one elevator goes to it and then it is locked. Apparently the hotel hates the guests it puts on the second floor, which is where I had the misfortune of staying, because I was constantly locked on the floor and unable to get to the roof (to what is, indeed, a beautiful bar/pool area) or out of the hotel.
-They messed up my bill and charged me instead of my company, then didn't fix it immediately (I'm still waiting on the resolution).
Also, while my room was equipped with an ice bucket and recommended ice with drinks for sale, there was zero direction about where to find ice. I visited multiple floors looking for an ice machine and eventually was told by the bar I had to get it from them or call the concierge. It does not rise to the level of the issues above, but it seems representative of the hotel's attitude. This hotel only wants a certain kind of guest and does a terrible job catering to the lifestyle or schedule of anyone else.
Excellent Concierge service

Chief of Concierge was superb and went extra mile to help ! Really appreciative ! Reception, esp Manny was awesome too.
Overall great stay except for housekeeping who knocked at 9 am for room cleaning and gave body lotion instead of shower gel on our 4th day !
