The staff on reception were very helpful. I arrived late at night, but the guy manning the desk went out of his way to help me.
The food was delicious, I only experienced the lunch menu as I didn't get time for anything else. But it was outstanding quality.
The overall decor of the hotel was very individual, almost boutique. Although I was slightly under-whelmed by the bedroom. It was a perfectly clean and fit for purpose, but it felt basic compared to the more luxurious style of the rest of the hotel. I was also disappointed not to have a bath, after such as long journey a soak in the tub would've been nice.
On a very specific note, I was using the hotel to run a meeting. The event staff were amazing, I didn't catch her name, but the woman looking after us was incredible helpful, and went to great lengths to get us what we needed.
I can't comment on location, as I only travelled to and from the airport. But for reference the taxi ride as a good 35 minutes and cost between 400 and 500 Kroner.

Charming hotel with friendly staff. Dog friendly and close to great walks by the water and in Charlottenlund castle gardens. We also had a great evening meal in the restaurant, really nice atmosphere and tasty wines. A perfect getaway from city life.

This food inspired me, it is new and classiq in the same course.
The coffee, the wine knowledge and wine card, the dessert, and they are very service oriented approach ☺
This place works for dinner and lunch, for business or family

Slightly faded grandeur and modestly disorganised running of this hotel and restaurant did not detract from a friendly stay or distract from the setting on a lovely stretch of coastline north of Copenhagen. But the 'superior' bedroom and lobby decoration was tired and despite booking half board there was a doubt about table availability for dinner. All ended well.
The colourful, wealthy Copenhageners provided an entertaining crowd over a Friday night cocktail in the still smart and swanky lounge, first to a lively DJ set and then over very leisurely delivery of courses at the dinner table.
This is a great location for those wanting a break from the city centre. It is an easy 4 km walk to the Ordrupgaard gallery or to enjoy a coastal walk.

I like the charm of the hotel but we had a small room facing nothing. The price we paid, I would of thought I would of got the Penthouse!
Its a nice hotel with helpful staff but I wont return due to the price.
