Hotel was clean, beds were very comfy, breakfast was average, front desk gals friendly. Breakfast area gal needs to retake the customer service training. Rooms were clean and updated. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is what you would expect for paying in the $70 range.
Room was dark, and had moisture in the air. Upon entering the hallway outside our room it smelled of urine and dogs could be heard barking. Our room was "updated" in areas. The carpet seemed old, cieling in bath had mold, new countertop at vanity but sink seemed older. No conditioner supplied and be warned no bath tub. This trip it wasn't a huge issue but having two small children with the styled shower it had would have been difficult.
Room did shut out a lot of outside noise which was nice.
Beds were comfy enough, pillows small and typical. Nice bedding. Beds were double not queen so smaller than we are used to.
No seating area and just a tall desk chair that pushed up to the stand the tv was on, too high for a typical work desk.
Staff was friendly and efficient.
Breakfast was very good with both warm and cold food selections.
I wouldn't say don't stay there but if we have to stay in Columbus again I'd try somewhere else.

Our experience at this hotel was a pleasant one. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and decor pleasing. The bed was a little too firm but comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very good with a variety of food choices, much better than some of the hotels I have stayed in before.

We stayed here because we were traveling with a pet. Hotel was newly renovated and the bed was super comfortable! We had an executive suite and our bathroom was huge! Great stay! The only downside- they don't have an elevator! I am not sure how this passes building code - but just be aware you will be hauling your stuff up the stairs!

My husband and I had driven almost 12 hours and needed a clean place to stay. The directions on my phone were a little confusing so I had to call the front desk. The lady was very helpful and nice. She was able to give us a room where we could see our motor coach out our window. We needed to leave by 6 AM for our 12 hour drive home and was happy to see breakfast was ready early!! What a treat. The lady who prepared breakfast was also very nice. We will definitely stay there again with that kind of service. Oh did I mention, the price was very reasonable!
