We went to Chesapeake and only needed a 1 night stay for myself and grandchildren. I didnt book online and was given the same nightly rate when I walked in. Dana greeted us and was friendly and accommodating. Our first room light switch was not working, he personally came to assist us and then moved us to an upper level room. Room was clean, beds were comfortable and check out was quick. Breakfast could have been a little better but that was the only complaint. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great Customer Service since My last stay several months ago. I Can see they are working on some improvement. was checked in by a gentleman the name of Dana. New face, but he let me know he just inherited the property and wanted to personally thank me for returning. Appearance of lobby was excellent and felt welcoming.. Room was Emaculate! Comfortable beds. Clean towels! was able to enjor a goodnights sleep after traveling all day. Currently Selling a home in area. I like this hotel because it is centrally located right on the border between Chesapeake and portsmouth. easy access to 64 as I work in property management and travel frequently throughout the Hampton roads area. I am a Hilton rewards member as well as IHG and Marriott rewards member, and I drive past all of those just to come here for the service. Keep up the good work you guys!!

I chose this hotel because of the area it is in, and of course it didn't disappoint me! My check in was a quick and easy process and the entire staff exceeded my expectations. As I entered the room I did have a issue with my AC unit but the maintenance man, I believe Irwin was his name, came and fixed it for me in a fast timely manner. Also, the breakfast was delicious. I am sure I will be stopping past again

Customer service was amazing, made me feel very welcome. Amazing staff. Clean room, clean parking lot. If in area I will be back. Highley recommend to any one looking for a room in the area. Wi-Fi was quick.

We were traveling for ODU homecoming for a weekend. All area hotels have jacked up the rates. We found them online at reasonable price. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Rooms were in good shape. Overall very good stay for the decent price.
