First impressions of this hotel were great. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful with a quick check in.
The room was a good sized twin room and nicely decorated. Some would call it tired and outdated but I would say it was vintage looking as everything felt and looked very clean.
The beds in the hotel are something else! Very spacious and comfortable with the softest pillows. A big thumbs up!
A power point by the beds would beneficial for phone charging but that’s just a personal preference. The hair dryer that comes with the room was very powerful once we handed the old one in the kept overheating. This issue was quickly resolved by the helpful staff.
The shower is spacious and powerful. I found it odd that the sink unit was outside the bathroom but it worked.
The aircon/heating unit in the room worked really well. The weather was a tad warm and muggy during our stay so having this in the room was very much welcomed.
Breakfasts were great. The meat alternates every 3 days(ish) from sausage patties, to some pork gammon steak things and then crispy bacon. All very nice with the scrambled egg. You can make sure own waffles with ease. There’s a choice of toast, 3 different types of bagel, cereals, yoghurts and fruit. All nice.
Overall. A very positive experience and a hotel I would return to

The staff is very friendly. The morning breakfast has several different foods and the eating area is kept very. They have there own parking, however there is a fee to park of 12.00. The rooms are clean.

Great location, 10 mins from Beale Street. Parking is $12 a day, so we just left the car and walked everywhere.
Hotel is dated but good value given the location.
Breakfast is free and available from 6am - 9am. Waffle maker, yoghurts, donuts, muffins, fruit and bagels.
WiFi is not great and does drop out.
Suggest asking for a room that isn’t on the first floor. We were allocated one on the first floor but asked to be moved when we realised there would be people walking right by our window. The room we had on the second floor felt safer and was much bigger.

Room clean and located close enough to walk to Beale Street and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The one downside was that we were on the first floor and random people would sit outside our room (at tables) and drink and talk loudly. Two of the nights we had to call the front desk and ask them to tell the people to quiet down or leave-- which the staff did.

Nice Hotel in downtown Memphis.Across the road from the Mighty Miss. Good staff and breakfast, even though it was very busy. ( Civil Rights Award Ceremony at the museum ) Can walk to Beale Street if you want for music and dining.Buses and shuttles available for many attractions- Graceland etc. Would stay again.
