A reasonable price and convenient access from the Interstate, however the toilet not working properly was very annoying, and the breakfast was not as good as similar hotels we have stayed in recently.

Friendly staff. Average breakfast. This is a standard Sleep Inn with a small bathroom a sliding bathroom door. There is a fitness center and outdoor pool which I did not use. Internet worked good. Clean room. A/C cooled good. Comfortable bed. I had no issues. What else could you ask for. I would stay here again.

Our family had about 10 rooms booked in this hotel for a family member's wedding in Birmingham. We all stayed in the Sleep Inn, including the bride because of the location and price. The hotel facilities were decent. Not the best but not the worst, just average. You can tell they are slowly renovating room by room. The staff however was outstanding. Very nice. Quick check in. Accomodating. Good cleaning staff. Very knowledgeable about Birmingham and things to do and see while we were there. With a few upgrades to the rooms and hallways, and this hotel would be excellent. The one nitpick we had is the hotel was completely booked so daily breakfast kept running out. Definitely would stay again.

We stayed one night at this hotel during a recent motorcycle trip. Hotel is clean and our room was worth what we paid. Check-in staff was just ok, but the morning staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

On a bus trip from Louisiana to Maine, this was our first overnight stop. We got there late afternoon. The room was nice: good shower, great tv options, nice beds. We got ice as soon as we got there but when we came back from dinner, other travelers could not get ice. It didn't work from then on. When I reported it, the clerk said it was probably trying to make new ice. Breakfast was a sad affair with a few apples, a few slices of bread, no hard boiled eggs, no bananas, no oatmeal. Plenty of biscuits and gravy and, of course, a waffle machine. This stop was schedule and reserved weeks in advance. If you know you have a large group coming, don't you prepare in advance? We are stopping on the way back and I hope it is a better experience.
