Great place to spend time in Bryson City quiet, clean and staff was very pleasant. Free Breakfast was good. We stayed 2 nights and we would stay here again. Close to the train depot and other attractions

We stayed here on our trip to Bryson City for the Polar Express. The hotel is super clean and all renovated, the location is perfect and it was a very quick drive to the train station! Everyone was so friendly and breakfast was hot and delicious. We are already planning our trip for next year and definitely plan to stay at this hotel again!

While this hotel is not at the level of a 4 star or 5 star hotel in a major metropolitan area it was very nice. The rooms were large and well outfitted with comfortable beds. The rooms were very quiet. The price was a little high but that is due to the demand and lack of other hotels in the area. The provided breakfast was underwhelming and less attractive than similar offerings at other chains. I would definitely stay here again if I am in the Bryson City area.

I would like to say that Sue was very helpful to us in getting our room. We were placed on the 1st floor with a king bed. The rooms are a little tight, however with enough room to sleep, place your luggage, and watch T.V. if you desire. The sink area in our room was between the shower/ toilet area and the bed which was fine. The toilet was a pressure assisted so it makes some noise, no problem as it helps with the elimination of waste. The Shower is different, however it had good water pressure and lots of hot water. We were able to stay on the 1st floor, as it appears to only have 2 floors and the second floor walk was not bad. We had a good breakfast and the person working the kitchen stayed busy the whole time, she was either cooking, cleaning or making sure everyone had what they needed. This started our trip off wonderfully,. Thank you

Nice place . Friendly Staff.. Continental Breakfast had a lot of yummy choices . The only complaint I had was there was no elevator, but the lady working the desk offered to help us with our luggage. 5 min drive to the train and shops.
