We were warned when we check in not to complain because the hotel sucked.
Angie Lon 20/11/2017 11:22When we checked in the person at the counter was nice enough to let us know that the hotel sucked and not to complain because he knew it sucked. He also told us the breakfast was horrible and not to even bother. As if walking down the stain filled halls was not a bad enough sign when we got to the room there was stains on the floor, used forks under the TV and the bathroom was not what you would call clean. When I tried to take a shower there was about 2 minutes of warm water then nothing but cold. If you want a cheep hotel check into a Motel 6 before you visit this location.
Charged for multiple days after checkout, management refuses to issue a refund.
Nicholas Aon 06/08/2017 16:59I was happy with the service and cleanliness of Sleep Inn Quantico the night I stayed there, however, they charged me for two nights after I had checked out.
I’ve had numerous phone calls and emails with the front desk since then trying to resolve this situation. I sent them receipts that prove I was in Georgia and Florida the two nights they charged me for but they’ve been trying to avoid me. On multiple occasions, I called the front desk and was either put on hold or was told they would call me right back and ended up being simply ignored. They also told me they would get back to my email in two business days but it’s already been a full week with no response. I asked for a receipt when I checked out to avoid a situation like this but the font desk worker told me their printer was broken and that he would email me instead. Never received it.
I am really upset with the service I received from Sleep Inn Quantico. I would understand if they told me it was a honest mistake and would help me get refunded but they’ve avoided me and pushed back at every contact I make. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

des_o92on 13/07/2017 05:46They shouldn't even charge to stay at this place . Word of advice save your money and your time . !!! Upon arrival it appeared old but I still didn't want to judge until I seen the room . My room was located on the second floor which took the elevator a good 10mins to work which was annoying due to it being hot seeing as it is the middle of summer . As soon I get off the elevator all you can smell is cigarette smoke which they had me sign off on saying no smoking was prohibited. When I opened the door it smelled like pure mildew and the air conditioning unit was hanging off the wall . I immediately went downstairs spoke my concerns even showed the front desk lady named Kris pictures of the room . she had an attitude told me I just needed to "kick it back up" and it would be fine . I told her I wasn't doing that and she gave me another room .. on to room two EVERYTHING in the room was broken . When I say EVERYTHING Was broken I am not lying . At this point I went downstairs and just asked for a refund . The young lady at the front desk had the WORST attitude.. she told us she's even getting the same questions all day and there is nothing she can do .. but suggest staying down the street . After a six hour ride you can only imagine the choice of words I had for her . But yeah to sum it up stay else where this place is horrible ! Horrible room even worst customer service .
Incredible Staff
Honestyrule1on 28/05/2017 05:52I booked the hotel on Expedia. Expedia did not do their job and send my paid in advance reservation to the hotel. I just drove from south Florida to Dumfries on Memorial Day weekend. Now I have no place to stay. All Hotels are booked. Lucky for me, Chrystal at the front desk got on the phone with Expedia got my reservation and made my holiday weekend with friends and family a complete success.
Disappointed
SusieCB26on 17/05/2017 02:15This Sleep Inn touts as newly remodeled. Probably a new mattress. The shower door latch was gone and wouldn't stay shut. The light inside shower didn't work. The plastic cups weren't individually wrapped! Who knows how many people handled them. Yuch! Juice machine was not working and no alternative . No yogurt. Room was in an alcove with the elevator. It dinged all night whenever someone came to the floor. Then there was the voices, baggage traffic and street traffic all night long. Not a sleep worthy place. You get what you pay for.
