There is really nothing close to this hotel but it works if you are making a quick stop in Lima. The internet was terrible! Rooms were ok, breakfast was modest. Staff was helpful and friendly. Area was safe.

Last visited March 2017. Biggest mall in Cebu. Lots of stores, restaurants, Cinemas, a supermarket, a skating rink, and a big roof garden with a children's playground. The mall is circular. There is as church near by.
Go there to show it to visitors. Also to watch a movie and a meal.

This hotel was a stopover after a long flight. it was OK. The room was not well ventilated and not particularly nice or clean. I wouldn't stay here again. The sofa in the lobby was the best part of the hotel!

We stayed one night there. As soon as we entered, we realised its a very old facility, you can see it from the wore out and stained carpet, old furniture, and very loud air condition ...
We ordered a senior suite, and the front desk guy gave us a room and charged us the same price as the senior suite, but after we entered the room, I realised this was not what we ordered. So we went to ask the guy what's going on, then he "suddenly" realized that he gave the wrong room. Then he told us the senior suite had an air condition problem, so it's not available... sure, if he told us in the first place and changed us to a different room, we would understand perfectly, but it made us felt quite differently after we found it out this way... and they only have ONE senior suite, so how do you forget to tell the customer that the one and only type you have is not available?
Then the guy changed us to a room with Window, and gave some discount. We took it as a good gesture, but we still have to tell what really has happened.
Then in the new room, the water pressure was very low, so the shower was very slow and inefficient. And the toilet floor has hairs belonged to previous customers...
The location is close to airport, but far from all the rest popular locations. Such as the public beach... you need about 15-20 mins taxi ride (about 15 soles) to the closest beach.
The breakfast lady was kind and efficient, a good point for that.
For the same amount cost, you could find another more pleasant place to stay.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Located in residential area where no public transit nearby. Have to rely on taxi to go anywhere. Hotel can call taxi for you but charge a bit more than regular taxi. The closest restaurant/shopping area is at least 20 min. walk, if you get the correct direction. The receptionist in the evening was not familiar with the neighborhood and gave us wrong direction on the map. Breakfast was set menu with two options, made to order and delicious, sufficient if you're not a big eater. The room was small and humid. No shelf space for toiletries in the bathroom. No elevator in the hotel. If you have heavy suitcase, be prepared to carry it on your own as they don't have a bell boy stand by at all time.
