I had a very nice experience at the hotel. The rooms are clean well furnished with good amenities and at a very affordable price. The breakfast was good,the service prompt (although) we did have to ask for a lot of things,but nonetheless everything was provided. The hotel people also offered to arrange an excursion for my family. It was a nice experience abd I had a good time& hope u do too.

We were group of 50 students came kochi for industrial visit at August 15,2015.we booked this hotel.this was cheap rate and below in budget.rooms were neat and clean.accomodation was good.They also provide wifi for free.Bathrooms are neat.Lovely hotel..

We are booked as a Kolkata based tour operator (Nature Lover's Tourism, 9330325552). We have booked 10+ rooms for our group tour. Rooms are good clean and decent. Internet Wifi activated Location is good, near Ernakulam Railway station, Cochin. And good service by good stuff.

Hotel is located at about 500 m from Ernakulam South (junction) railway station. There are many good restaurants and shops nearby. Good location to get cabs and autos. We had booked 2 rooms through Oyo. The room was neat and tidy. Staff service was also good. Breakfast was also good.
Some minor issues regarding wifi in one room and Ac was bit noisy. For the price I would definitely recommend

Don't get carried away from the outside as it looks descent. We booked the hotel through an agency from Delhi. We were a party of 12 people and we arrived there at around 5.30pm. We had 6 rooms booked and none of them were ready. We waited an hour to get the key for one room and when we went to see the room, we were totally shocked!!! The bed sheet was oil stained, the pillows were very dirty, as if they have never been washed, the room stinks horrible. The reception manager was very arrogant and never apologise. He said, if we are not happy about the hotel, we are free to leave. All my family were treated like second class citizens. They made us wait another 30 mins, but still the rooms were not done. We finally moved to another hotel in the same road. Overall, very bad experience and I would not advise anyone to stay at this horrible property.
