This is what it is. A very basic accommodation in an easily accessible and slightly "seedy" part of the city. I'm not sure what their title of "Boutique motel" really means. The reception staff were helpful and the wifi worked well once it had been re-set. I stayed for 2 nights in room 10 which has a double bed, toilet, shower and television. I didn't use any of the communal kitchen facilities downstairs. As others have mentioned there was a musty smell to the ensuite shower room. I also found a dirty sock and used cotton bud under the bed and the mattress was badly stained / soiled [I'll spare you the photos.] I wouldn't choose to use this motel again and would warn others that it is very downmarket.

This is the most horrible place I have ever laid my eyes on. I imagine back packer dorms in the Centre or Bangkok would have a better standard of accomadarion than the snooze in. If there's no place left in town and your absaloutly desperate go fight with a homeless guy under the bridge for his spot for the night. If you have to tell him you will out him up in the snooze inn and take his place out on the streets. John room I had smelt bad I imagine from the open drain leading to the sewer in he ensuite. This hostel/motel is great for its location as its close to the airport, bars and resturants but that's probably all that's good about it. Rude staff, tiny rooms, broken Air conditioning, no insect screens on the windows, mouldy bathrooms with a bathroom door that doesn't close. Spend your money elsewhere. Thank goodness we were only there 1 night for an airport stay.

Room was neat and tidy, but sleeping between Thursday and Sunday night is impossible due to the continuous thumping from the nightclub nearby! The walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING that takes place in the room next door. My room did not getmade up every day likestated on their website. Cheap accommodation, conveniently located, but would only ever stay midweek in the future.

Quiet and clean. A bit of an older building but good value. Easy access to Fortitude Valley train station and restaurants and shops on Brunswick street. Peefect for those who like to close to nightlife and other attractions.
