Good service, food and staff quality is also good .Room is also better. Location is also good .whenever we plan our visit we will stay in this hotel. Also preferred family and friends to stay in this hotel. Market is to near from that hotel.

It was awesome to stay at this hotel. Location of hotel is great. View from hotel is awesome. Staff of hotel is very good & cooperative. Food available in hotel is tasty . 24hrs hot water . I was very happy staying in this hotel.

It was satisfactory stay at snow velly resort Dalhousie, Very nice well maintained hotel,Entire staff are very helpful and courteous,good delicious food nice buffet breakfast overall recommended for 1night stay.

I stayed in Snow Valley Resorts, Dalhousie in June 2017. Its a nice hotel considering the location, valley view and friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and clean. The open terrace with sitting arrangement and julas is the best part because you get nice valley view

We stayed in this property for 2 days - 26th to 28th October , 2017. I opted for this hotel after going through recommendations and reviews, and I was not disappointed. This hotel is located near Moti Tibba ( Thandi Sadak , as the locals call it ). It is a quite place , yet near the Mall ( a small mall compared to other Hill stations. Dalhousie is better for quite and enjoyable relaxation and we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms ( Presidential Rooms ) were spacious , clean and relaxing. Food was excellent and Staff specially the Restaurant Manager was very cordial and helpful and full of warmth. He even managed packed breakfast for us early morning before the breakfast service started, as we were checking out early to catch our Train from Pathankot. Over all an excellent experience, well worth recommending.
