top of the line for sofitel. extraordinary service, well trained staff and a very good concierge. clean a big rooms, very clean and located in the center of town

Service was superb. Beautiful rooms and great location (the street is pilled up with great restaurants). I really loved staying there! Breakfast is not so great though. All the rest is great close to perfect!

Just had a weekend stay at the Sofitel and loved it. Great staff. Great attention. Just wonderful. They really made sure we had a good time. Gave us recommendations and went out of their way to pamper us. Thank you all. We will be back soon.

Stayed here for 1 night recently on business and this is a pretty good hotel. I had a decent sized room that had plenty of space for luggage plus a good-sized bathroom. Even though I arrived late, there was a small selection of snacks and drinks waiting for me in my room on arrival – nice touch. The bed was comfy with nice coverings and decent pillows. The desk area was a little on the small side but the Wi-Fi was free and a good speed. The bathroom had a separate shower room which was nice – plenty of hot water and loads of nice towels plus toiletries. Although the room was quiet there is some nice from outside as my room overlooked the main road, so loads of delivery lorries were coming and going early in the morning. Breakfast was a very good selection of hot & cold buffet food (international plus local) as well as a selection of eggs. Staff were excellent throughout.

My home away from home whenever in Bogota. Tried so many other places, but this is my favourite and the last couple of years I typically stay like 3 times a year. Depending on who is at reception, I even get welcomed by name - they do care.
This time Claire from France checked me in around 14.30 o'clock very kindly and I got n upgrade to room 810. Top floor, back-view, absolutely perfect. The rooms have recently been modernised and are still lushly decorated with Pre-Colombian artefacts, modern yet elegant.
Marble bathroom holds a spacious shower with luxurious amenities (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner), rain and hand held. Mixing is a bit tricky though, for my taste water is generally too hot. Toilet in some room. Then you have a sink with space to hold your stuff around, a magnifying glass with separate light, fresh flowers, body lotion, nail board, ear buds, cotton balls, cleenex... so much stuff I probably forget to list half. The other side is the minibar and fridge, well sorted. Daily two bottles of 300ml water per room. Nespresso machine with two capsules plus a decaf, unfortunately not replenished during the 3 nights. In spacious cupboard you have drawers and hangers and a safe, no lights everywhere. Ironing board and iron, umbrella. The only thing i missed this time are the "towel blankets" and slippers at night in front of the bed.
Wall board holds suitcase and flat screen TV, das of marble and two armchairs, stall to leave your clothes on over night.
Restaurant is both great service and quality for food, both for dinner and breakfast and prices are fair… The welcome drink mojito was a lot better than what you usually get in hotels as welcome drink, thanks again to the barman! Coffee is outstanding, but lots of care is taken to everything.
Also the tiny spa, a bit awkwardly sitting behind the fitness room, is attended by Janeth, a highly professional soul that does great facials and Peterchens massages. Only Asian spas offer similar pampering and "nothing to worry about" atmosphere, so good!!!! Prices absolutely ok for a 5 star hotel.
And all of that in the perfect location: lots of restaurants, bars, designer shops, supermarkets, shopping centers etc. within an easy stroll - what else could the discerning and stressed business Traveller ask for?
