Stayed twice at this hotel along with our family members and I must say that I am fully satisfied. Rooms were clean, spacious, hygenic.
Staff members are very friendly and will solve your query in every possible way they can.
Breakfast spread was okay but not that great.
Location wise its a bit on the outer side of the city.
Overall a nice hotel, we enjoyed a lot.

If you've missed your bus from Dehradun ISBT and need a place to stay there are many hotels nearby and one of them is Softel. The rooms are fine. The food is lacking. There is a badly maintained gymnasium but at least there is one. The staff and service are fine. The Food though is the worst I've ever eaten. Seriously, I cannot even tell you just how bad their food is, very poor effort. There was a time Softel was known for good food but not anymore. It was overall a very average place bang on the national highway with absolutely no view except motor garages nearby. Which is not to fault it , but I cannot comprehend their pricing of late. It should be a budget hotel going by the service they provide especially the bad food.

I was there for one night with my family. The rooms are really big with all the amenities( coffee maker, refrigerator etc). The bathroom was clean and big. Breakfast buffet was average not much option. We had dinner there and it was nice.

The Hotel is on the main highway bit away from the city traffic. Easy to find and around 1. 5 km away from the big bazar and ISBT. Food is perfect and staff is also good. Rooms are neat and clean and wash rooms are well equipped. The response from the staff is also appreciated. The only thing needs to improve is the quality of the complementary breakfast. I will suggest to increase the selection of the items as well as fruits. Rest all are fine and well-maintained.

It was a chance find but overall the stay was quite comfortable. The location of the Hotel is right on the main highway from Delhi & before the main crowded areas start. The rooms are quite spacious and well maintained. Mr. Ankur from the front Office was great in facilitating the booking as well making the entire experience a good one. The only part of slight dis pleasure was the scarce qty's of the Tea/Coffee supplies & the Breakfast which had a spread at a very minuscule level which needs to be improved.
