Have been coming to Sollagos for approx 25 years and would not want to stay anywhere else. The staff are lovely, friendly and very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are spacious, well equipped and kept very clean by the maids. The pool area is great with ample sun beds.
Sollagos is in a good location and a 10 minute walk into town or to the nearest beach. There are several beaches some are small coves and others long beaches so plenty to choose from. The town is lovely with plenty of shops to browse and a really wide selection of restaurants and bars. Ideal for families, couples or single people. There is a train station, good bus service and lovely marina. Various water activities and trips out to see Dolphins which are the highlight of my holiday. Lagos also has a cinema and cultural centre.
I would certainly recommend staying at Sollagos and you will enjoy Lagos. Ivor and I have stayed in other parts of the Algarve before finding Lagos and wouldn't stay anywhere else now.

Always stay here when we come to Lagos, the complex is ideally situated close to local supermarkets and a stroll from beaches and the town centre. Apartments are spotlessly clean, kitchens equipped with all you need for holiday catering, staff are friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble.

The price, the large apartment, the cleanliness, the pool, the kitchen, the 2 patios. Ask for anything and you will receive. Marcelo is a Renaissance man and can tell you the history of Lagos and where to go and what to do. He has outfitted the apartments with everything you will ever need and made it feel like home. The attention to detail rivals my (your?) own. Lagos was a wonderful surprise and Sollagos Apts. another. I don't want to leave!!!!!!!!!!!!! Quiet, great shower, brought me softer pillows when I asked. A few blocks from old town and a great supermarket. (I don't know what the "lantol" guy was talking about.)

Just spent another holiday at sollagos. We had such a great time last year that we returned again this year and have already re-booked for next year. Sollagos is a small, quiet complex, perfectly suited for couples. The staff are very friendly and welconing, nothing is too much trouble. The apartments are spacious andhave been renovated since last year and are always cleaned to a high standard. The pool is perfect for cooling off after sunbathing in beautiful surroundings or returning from a walk to town. The local resturants and shopss are a ten minute walk from sollagos. There are several amazing beaches with breathtaking views within walking distance. Everytime we visit the Algarve and in particular Sallogos it becomes harder to leave, it steals part of your soul. Many thanks to Marcelo, George, Pedro for our lovely relaxing stay and the high standards of cleanliness provided by the housekeeping staff.

Fine for a short stay - the apartment was clean and a 10 minute walk from the town centre. Full kitchen including fridge and hot plates. Staff were nice. However, fittings and decor were very outdated, and car park was a tight squeeze. Seemed a little pricey for the quality of accommodation, especially compared with other hotels in the area.
