Overall this hotel wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great either. The pros: Two bedrooms, which was perfect for us. Good kitchen including full size fridge. Very good breakfast each morning including hot foods. Cons: VERY loud hotel. Couch in room was in sad shape and truly needs replaced. No 24 hour coffee (but you could buy it, along with alcohol, which we thought was strange as it wasn't a bar, but the hotel lobby). Housekeeping rude and we stopped tipping them after the 3rd day, they won't even return a hello in the mornings. Place is not overly clean but not filthy either. Overall probably would look for something better next time around.

My husband and I stayed here for a week while in town visiting family. We had to move from Springhill Suites which lost power during a storm. Right away we realized there was an issue with Housekeeping. We had to call to get TP (which ran out on the first night) and then Kleenex the next morning. But here’s the most horrendous thing: While we were there, our room was NEVER cleaned. No vacuuming, no cleaning of sink or shower, no changing of sheets, nothing. The bed was “made” by just pulling up the sheets. This left a sloppy mess which I had to remake and tuck before sleeping. We had to call for clean towels when we returned to the hotel one evening because Housekeeping never even came to our room that day. Our carpet had a strong pet odor, so they probably don’t clean the carpets either after people stay in a room with their animals.
By the end of our stay, the sink was filthy, as were the rugs and bathroom floor. I can’t wrap my mind around this. In all the years I’ve stayed in hotels and travelled, I’ve never encountered a hotel that provides no cleaning of the room. Please see my photos taken when we got back to our room on our last evening there. For $220 a night, I must say I’m truly shocked.

recently I stayed at this Sonesta in Andover Ma for 12 nights just wanted to say thank you the hotel is very clean and my room was amazing staff was wonderful I would stay there again when heading back.

Great place. For a week can cook or go out. Fire pit basketball court. AMAZING FRONT DESK. They are so polite even with difficult guets. Awesome place. 5 of 5. Amazing rooms. And a bar in the lobby too

katerina belcheva and her staff were wonderful hosts. what a home away from home !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! everything was just great. the breakfest bar great. the 3 evening supper bars great. the hole experience GREAT thanks to everyone there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
