I've stayed here at least once a year for several years because of its consistency and convenient location. The rooms are very nice, roomy and clean. The full sized kitchen is an extra bonus. Kimanda at the front desk was very pleasant and made great wine cocktails in the evening. Although having a room near the back parking lot was very convenient it was also VERY noisy because the door did not close or open properly and it slammed every time someone went in and out at all hours of the night. The breakfasts were substantial but would love to have "real" dishes and silverware. I will be back next year!!

I stayed @ Sonesta and my room was not cleaned on one day. I spoke with the Manager on check out day and was told the computers were down. I asked for a discount on my hotel bill and was told she would take care of it when computers were back. I never got credit for this. I emailed the location and have not heard from anyone until this day. This is very poor Cuastomer Service.

I came to this location for a work related training certification. I had to stay here for ma week . I felt like home , everything was perfectly clean, and neat every single day. The housekeeper took really good care of me, I was so stressed and overwhelmed with my class , but Sonesta for sure made it a bit easier for me with their nice breakfast every morning , it was always quiet at night ( I needed my much needed rest ) they had social nights , unfortunately I was so busy with my own studies that I couldn't partake on that , but I thought it was a great touch. Also every night after class , they will give samples of tropical drinks. On social nights they had different stuff to eat. One good remark I love the lighting in the bedroom. I so much needed it for my reading at night. I have no complains whatsoever. I'm looking forward to come back for my next training

The staff was great from check-in to check-out. The hotel was comfortable and clean. There were comfortable areas to sit and visit. We had a lot of family and was able to visit for hours. If you are there for an extended stay, the hotel has social activities for the guest.

The description of the room was as it was advertised. The front desk staff was very professional and helpful. The room was clean and fresh. My only compliant was that the HBO channels did not work. Other then that, my stay was wonderful.
