We found the hotel was a great place to stay. The views of the winery off our patio were relaxing. The staff was very pleasant. Our mini frig wasn’t working and when I went to desk to mention, they were quick to respond with a maintenance person who replaced it with a working one. It was very relaxing and we would go back again.

Always enjoyed the estate, just was disappointed in having to call to get the room cleaned since no one showed up by 4:00. We left room at 9:30 and returned at 2:00 and room was not made up. We were leaving at 4:00 and had to call the front desk to insure someone was going to clean the room. Finally, there were dirty dishes and napkins in the courtyard for well over 24 hours before they were picked up.

Everything about this property is great except the food in the restaurant isn't good, the menu is lacking and it is extremely overpriced, particularly for what you get. The room, pool and grounds are terrific.

Checked in at 4pm and room was not ready until 530pm. The power went out the following morning which disallowed usage of lights, television, heater and hot water. The room was very cold and unable to warm up with heater or hot shower.

Enjoyed our stay, the spa was great/ the location is great for us/
food very good, wine was too. my wife is a club member
our masseges were great . just enjoyed the visit
very relaxing by the pool, the burger was great. Service was very good
