Couldn't fault anything. Excellent little hotel with exceptional finishing touches. Rooms beautifully presented. Breakfast was lovely, nice lounge for guests to use as well as gardens. On a road side but no noise was heard.

A very personable manager and he has a great personality, nothing too much trouble for him. He even offered the cutlery and crockery in the breakfast room if a takeaway was required in the evening.There was a good selection for breakfast and the Full English was superb into the bargain and his manual for the local area was very helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and will certainly be keeping on file if we return to the area - highly recommended.

After reading the previous reviews on TripAdvisor, we were really looking forward to staying at the South Norfolk Guest House and we weren't disappointed.
Visiting the area to attend Snetterton Racing Circuit, Simon very kindly provided clear directions to and from the circuit.
Arriving at the Guest House we were shown to our room - Elm and given instructions regarding breakfast in the morning, all very helpful.
Our room was lovely, very comfortable with a nice view over the meadow full of sheep.
Breakfast both Sunday and Monday mornings was delicious, from the cooked breakfast to the homemade bread and marmalade, everything tasted great!
We would definitely return to the South Norfolk Guest House when visiting Snetterton again. Thank you for the lovely hospitality.

I stayed for one night and could not have been happier. Heather and Simon who run the Guest House cannot do enough for you. Knowing they would not be at the house when I arrived they pre-emailed me instructions on how to access my room. Very easily explained and no issues when I called to check it was ok to actually let myself in. Spotlessly clean, cutest little single room which was perfect for me and to my amazement (and absolute pleasure) I found it quite difficult to get a phone signal and wifi on my phone but easy peasy on my laptop! No phone, no disturbance, no problem! I would definitely recommend this guest house and I hope to be able to stay again myself.

I stayed here with my fiancé and her family for a birthday celebration. I have to say everything you could ask for has been provided and more!
Everything is extremely clean and tidy, with quality linen provided as well.
A lovely selection of beverages in the room with a magnificent view of the country out the window.
I loved it here.
If you're looking for a lovely quiet b & b that offers excellent value for money and with warm and accommodating hostel then this is the place for you.
I hope to return!
