We went there last weekend. When we arrived they placed us in the second building, even the hotel was almost empty and we asked for the main building because we were two families with 5 little kids. Ok, the apartments were spacious and almost clean, warm and there was no baby cot, even they said they will put one in the room. The cooker in the kitchen was not working and we had problem warming milk for the baby. We had to do it in the friend's apartment every night disturbing them at 11pm and 06 am, because we wait for 2 days to give us an option- a microwave. Also we didn't have warm water in the bath, so we had to do everything in the friends apartment. Disaster. They were saying that they will fix it every time I asked...and nothing. In the second day they propose us to go in another apartment on the 1st floor- far away from our friends on the 4 th floor, even the next door apartment was empty. And the staff was making fulls of us on a kind way. The dinner was, I have to say, good. Food was well prepared and there was I can say good choice of dishes. The swimming pull- almost warm, but the changing room? Cold cold cold!!! And the explosion was on Monday as the weekend over, the cleaning lady came and brought us 2 little portable hitting devices to warm up 60m2 apartment because they will turn of the central hitting. The explanation was for prophylaxis?????? No, it was because we left only 3 rooms with guests- maybe 15 people in whole hotel and it was no more cost effective for the hotel to provide us with hitting, swimming pool, warm restaurant and good choice of food as they had offered when we paid. How it is possible???? We had 5 little kids from 1 to 10 yrs old and no hitting and warm dinning room???? Why did they made a reservation with that offer if it is not cost effective for them. The reservation was made almost a month ago. Are we still their guests or we are not people anymore staying in their hotel????? We wanted to talk with the hotel owner, but he didn't want to, and the hotel manager was not able to solve the problem. Even she said- if we don't like we can leave!!!!!! Is this a wright way to treat your guests???? In the and, if it was really necessary, why they didn't propose us another hotel for the next 2 days we should stay, with same offer and price, just to be good hosts? We packed our things and we left the hotel on Monday evening and went to the next one Maraya hotel across the street. And even the manager was not here to charge the 2 days we stayed in this disaster hotel. Hardly we managed to agree for paying only for that two days that we stayed. We will never come back there again and I will strongly recommend you to do the same. They are not gusts friendly!!!!

I can't say anything nice about this hotel, honestly. I went there with my fiance and 4 more friends. The receptionist put us in a 2 bedroom apartment. Imagine our surprise when we entered the said apartment and saw a couch prepared for one of 3 couples! It's a 4 star hotel and they offer us a couch?! Besides, how does this count as a 4* experience? 6 people in a 2 bedroom apartment with ONE bathroom! Me and one of my friends went downstairs to settle this misunderstanding and one of the receptionist said that they supposed that since we were traveling together, we probably wanted to stay together in a room! I am not going to comment this sentence, but after a huge argument, the receptionist gave me and my fiance an apartment in the nearby hotel - Edelweiss. There was no street or other path leading to that hotel, so we walked through the rocks and mud. We had no hair dryer, which is something a guest would expect to find in the room, especially when there is a swimming pool in the hotel but, oh well... On the next morning we went to have breakfast and let me tell you, I'm not picky or anything, but there was not a single fruit for breakfast! Not even one apple! there was a poor assortment of cheap cheeses, salami and cornflakes. I'd definitely expect more from 4 stars. I wanted a cappuccino and imagine, they had run out of milk. The best part was that we had to leave early in the morning so I packed my stuff and left without looking back.

Good hotel for the money

The hotel is not bad and has a very nice spa. the rooms are quite spacious but quite empty. They certainly do not conform to the 4* standards.
But if you get a decent deal on the hotel it is worth it- we stayed here do 35 euro per room a night.
For that price in skiing season - it is superb!

Extremely bad management of a hotel with high potential

The only positive thing is the location. And ok, the furnishing of the rooms.

I'll start with the food: DIRTY dining room, dirty sheets and I was lucky enough to find hair in the cheese... and when I informed the stuff about this, they laughed in my face saying "hahaaa, cheese with extras" (in Bulgarian of course, because they don't speak English)... I mean, I didn't even get an apology. Also, the buffet is very poor, only eggs and fruits.

If you want to visit the spa, you'll have to prepare yourself for quite a walk, and pass some dark and cold underground hallways (yes, just like in a horror movie), and on your way back you'll probably catch a cold!

I don't even want to speak about the recreation center in the hotel. Thrust me.

Another thing that annoyed me was the "hospitality" of the hotel personnel: they don't speak English, they don't have uniforms (they are serving you food in their casual clothes), they are rude (with some exceptions, like the nice massage therapist, who was also a waitress, and who was the only warm face in the hotel)...
They were rood enough to inform us that we;ll have to pay extra for services included in our price, like the ride to the gondolas, ant, at the top of it all, the ride is given by the lifeguard from the pool.

So, I would NEVER recommend anyone to stay in this hotel, even if it's for one night!

A new hotel maintained lika an abandoned warehouse

Dirty, Dark areas and it was extremely cold all around the building.

I assume we were upgraded in a suit witch was specious with a kitchen corner, large living room, separate bedroom and a large bathroom,anyway we were not informed whether we had an upgrade or this are their regular rooms, to be honest I really have no idea.

The room itself was dirty, cold and even some of the light bulbs were out, no glasses, no wi-fi, the TV had only 3 channels.

THE SPA -hmmm - Horrible- COLD, DIRTY AND FULL OF MOLD. The Turkish bath was not working at all.

The staff members were friendly, but knowing nothing about hospitality business, do not expect any four-star service provided in this property.

The parking is free and location in not bad.

I would never recommend such hotel to anyone.
