I had visit other hotels before booking this hotel. All were pathetic or upto the mark. But here staff was good, willing to work. But lack of staff make the services little low. But they are willing to help.

They do everything possible to make you feel comfortable. Almost a Do It Yourself kinda hotel wherein the guys sitting at the reception is just like your friend, you can talk to him, share your requirements with him and in turn he as a good friend tries to keep you happy.
Ambala doesnt have a lot of competition for them at this price range. Definitely a worthy place to stay

Location is good but due to poor signage difficult to locate.. Steep stare climbing all by yourself.. Rooms are spacious but not very well maintained. Was provided a room without key on the first day of my stay. Intercom does not work..I can go on and on...

we were 2 families and we took 2 rooms, after doing a lot of research and visiting lot of hotels, we finally landed up to space hotel. we requested them for 3 rooms ( for 2 people) or 2 rooms ( 1 normal and 1 bigger room ), they gave us a very very good deal ( do not forget to bargain ). i would give them 4 stars considering the price they offered to us. there was no problems in AC, there were no power cuts, but the room needed cleaning, window was broken. they forgot to give us the towels. the staff was very nice, they also offered a complimentary breakfast ( not a buffet though ). i would visit this hotel again if i get a chance to stay in ambala. and moreover they had a free wifi too.
i forgot my licence at the hotel. the guy was very nice to give me a call. hopefully once i call them 2moro they will courier it back to me in delhi.

Flush didn't have water , power cuts every 5 mins, staff was courteous , Windows broken, don't have parking for your car in case you are travelling in your car. Won't recommend anyone to stay here at a all.
