From the central station, tram 03 or 09 will take you almost to the door of the hotel.
Check-in was fast and friendly.
Room was on the 6th floor away from the street side and extremely quiet.
Large bed, flat screen tv, complimentary wifi and clean bathroom were all pluses of this room. No safe in room, there is a charge to use the safe deposit boxes located at reception, this is the only minus regarding the amenities.
The buffet breakfast was very good, a large variety of foods available. Coffee was excellent.
Hotel is located about 20 minutes from the Central Station, in a quiet area of the city.

Among 5 hotel I booked for my trip to Scandinavian Countries ( DK, NOR & SWE) I found this hotel the best one. Very large rooms. including all facilities and well designed, very well sleep quality, very clean and good location easy access to tram for city center. Breakfast was awesome and provided in verities. The only negative point was that the heating system had not being worked in Sep. and the room were cold. We got a small heater from hotel, but not sufficient. All the rest was perfect. Hint : if you travel by car, parking is provided under the building, but the entrance is a bit hard to find (No signs). Ask for clear guidance from reception.

Nice place to stay not far from the Gota Canal and docks. Very clean and free parking was appreciated. Chapman Square was within a block walk and has a restaurant and bakery there as well as a tram stop.

As I planed to take the morning ferry back to DK, I was looking for a hotel in the Harbor area, I have strayed at the Sparhotel back in time. I often book late and I turned out that the Hotels in the area were all fully booked, but I managed to get a room at Sparhotel, It turned out to be a bit special room called "sparadiset" = hotel slang for paradise...
Top floor, living room, kitchen, spa.... you name it. The wife would have loved it..
Friendly Swedish reception and breakfast service.

safe place, as you can go to the floors by using a card only
A bit far from city center but the buss stop is around the corner
