I visited there on 12th August 2017 with my family and parents and booked two bedrooms villa for two days. The location and arrangement was very good. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Santhosh the owner of the home-stay is very good, helpful and a honest person. We did not interact much with the other family members but they feel you very comfortable stay. They cook all the food with the vegetables from their garden and it was very simple and tasty. My daughter was very busy with the Rabbits they have. Overall I am very satisfied.

Recently I booked a stay in this farm house as a gift for my brother in law honeymoon.. Santhosh was the contact person and he is excellent coordinator. I shortlisted this place in tripadvisor and some personal feedback from friends. I emailed him my requirement and he called me back in short time. He understood my requirements and I immediately transferred money to his account. on the arrival day he arranged for pickup from sulthan bathery. My brother in law and his wife enjoyed the stay and happy with the food. Only concern was availability of pure veg food outside the farm house(especially when on sight seeing there are zero pure veg hotels). Taxi rates were on higher side. not sure if that is the normal rates followed. Half a day or full they they charged the same. Overall it is good for a 2 days stay and I myself planning to visit in the coming months. i will write up detailed review with photos.

Excellent hosts, they were like a family for us during our stay. My daughter enjoyed the company of all the pets available in the farm.
Good home cooked food, spacious rooms
Great location with greenery 360 degree around. I will surely visit in coming years.

Really comfortable room with a very welcoming family and some of the best food we've had in India, all cooked with fresh ingredients from their own farm.
It's a real rural spice farm and it's nice and secluded. A very enjoyable place to relax and learn about the spice plants and farm life in India.
We were lucky to visit during the village's annual Shiva festival, an amazing local experience and we were the only western tourists there.
It is located far from anything, which is part of the charm and why we came! However this could be inconvenient for someone who is not looking for this. It is a 20 minute walk from the main village where the bus stop is located.

By far the best home stay wherever I stayed in such an affordable price, though I got some discount/offer but still the original prices are decent enough for such a nice accommodation.
All the away from the hustle and bustle of the wayanad traffic in the greenery, the location is perfect if all you want is peace and fresh air to breathe in. The owner, Mr. Santhosh is very helpful and co-operative. He'll never let you feel anything missing and makes you feel comfortable there. Be it the location of the farm house, the food offered or the hospitality it was all perfect.
I was just amazed to see that all the ingredients of the food were all from his own farm which made the food even more delicious for me to eat.
I strongly recommend my fellow travellers to visit this place.
Wanted to rate 4.5/5 since there was no option. 0.5 less as a margin just to see if there's anyone who can beat it !
