It's a very basic budget hotel. If you just need somewhere to spend the night.
It was well lit and in a decent location, very close to 75.
It meets the requirement if you are just looking for a place to crash

We stayed here for 3 weeks while in Naples for work. Although the motel is older and outdated it is clean and a nice play to stay. Never saw any bugs in the rooms which is my biggest thing. The beds we're comfortable however the pillows were very flat but luckily we brought our own. Pool looked clean and nice.
Nice employees and the price was great compared to everywhere else in Naples.
It's located in a good area with two gas stations right in front and Burger King, IHOP, and Waffle House right in front as well.
Could definitely use some renovations but overall a great cheaper place to stay. Definitely will stay again next time we're in Naples!

We stayed here one night on our way to the Everglades and have nothing to complain about - the rooms were clean and spacious, and the location was great! The bathroom, beds and the price is very good for a 4-person room. I also forgot something there when staying and was unable to come back to pick it up so they shipped it all the way to NY for me - they were extremely helpful and friendly about this the whole time. Would definitely recommend this place and come back whenever I’m in Naples again!

I've stayed here before, so I knew what I was getting. It is March, Spring Break and high Snowbird Season, in expensive Naples, and the price, including tax, is $88. So what can you expect?
The room is quite basic, but clean. The lighting is terrible. The air conditioner works well and is quiet. The bed is not the most comfortable but also not the worst I've experienced.
There is no breakfast included, but iHop and Wafflehouse are next door. If you want a hair dryer you have to ask for one.
The water pressure in the shower was good but the drain was so slow that water backed up over my ankles.
There was a well functioning microwave and refrigerator in the room. No coffee pot.
The room had a slight dog smell, which I covered over with perfume.
So... you do get what you pay for. If you need a very basic, inexpensive room in Naples, Florida, the Spinnaker Inn will do the job.

Great location off Pine Ridge.
Plenty of restaurants in the area.
Physicians Regional Hospital less than two miles away.
Great place if you do not need luxury accommodations.
Price was good for the Naples Area in the busy tourist season.
Simple room with WiFi connection.
Staff was very helpful. If you are going to be after 11PM at night call and let them know so they can leave a key for you.
I would stay here again.
