We were excied to be in a newer hotel. Pros: pretty lobby. Beds comfortable. Nice walk in shower. Ok free breakfast. Cons:was charged for an extra night. Had a difficult time getting reimbursed for the money.All desk people were new and Night manager put me on hold for a VIP guest three times hurt my while trying to resolve charges.Nothing to warrant the the good reviews that made me book. We will go elsewhere next time.

The hotel itself was fine. Nothing was outstanding except the nightly cookies. The breakfast was good with many hot choices. The walking distance to Disneyland is about 20 minutes and not too fun with young children. The bus option is $5/per person per day. That adds up, as does the parking fee for the car at the hotel.

Hotel was good. Room was nice and spacious! Free breakfast was ok. Would have like to see more fresh fruit and it would be nice if coffee and tea were available ALL day, like other hotels we have stayed at. Also trays for food, so you can take things to your room.
After 10 am you are out of luck,
Everything is gone.
The gas station next door has coffee but it’s not great. This hotel has NOTHING around it, It is on the back side of the park and has no restaurants nearby. It is walking distance for adults to the park and downtown Disney. Little kids will not want to walk this far after a day at the park. There is a shuttle for a fee and it came every 30mins, we ended up using this.
If you don’t mind the extra walk, or not having any amenities near by,
This is a nice hotel but I think we will stay on Harbour Next time, restaurants and stores everywhere. Just slightly more

We had a studio king room and wow it was wonderful. So clear fresh great size bathroom the bed was so comfortable, nice to have a separate seating area. It was so close to disneyland just a short walk to downtown. Can see the nightly fireworks a bonus. Breakfast was included nice, great waffle machine. Catch coaches to all the top places. Friendly staff most helpful. Very happy would go back

Kind-a close to Disneyland. We walked, but it is a little far for small kids. Jose at the desk was really great. We arrived at 1 am with no reservation. He was able to get us a couple of rooms, and match online pricing. Room to room was pretty quiet, but the noise from the upstairs rooms was really loud. I could hear every footstep. Maybe it would have been better if we were on the very top floor. Breakfast was decent for the kids, but the coffee was terrible.
