We arrived late in the evening on a road trip and received a very pleasant welcome and quick check in. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and although Hotel is close to a busy road, nice and quiet. Front desk staff the next morning were very friendly on check out. More than satisfied with our stay.

As someone who worked in management for hotels for over 20 years I tend to be a bit of a snob when it comes to customer service and customer service this little suite hotel was awesome-clean with all the amenities one would want for a long stay. But the best part was the honest excellent customer focus each employee had. Would recommend this little hotel in the burbs to anyone

We stayed here for 3 nights and used the hotel as a base to visit the Natural History museum (Jurassic exhibit in particular) and Museum of Science and Industry. It was over a long weekend and the hotel worked out very well. The staff are excellent, including the breakfast team. It is a good value for the money, nothing fancy, but rates 4 stars for the staff and excellent breakfast.
Highly recommended.

I unexpectedly needed a hotel room and found SpringHill Suites in Bolingbrook. It was a good price per night, and I know that Bolingbrook is a safe place to stay.
The hotel has a very nice and had a cool looking lobby. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming (That's the Marriott I know and love!)
My daughter needed a place to rehearse for an audition so the front desk let us use a conference room. Like I said, the hotel front desk staff was very welcoming.
The rooms were great. Very clean, comfortable beds, nice design. large size bathroom. We were pleased with the room.
Then next morning we had to leave very early. We went downstairs and got breakfast... typical breakfast fair... eggs, Canadian bacon, oatmeal, fruits, toast, bagels, muffins, etc. When we checked out, the morning front desk person was a super sweet lady (I'm so sorry I can't remember her name - she was working the morning of Sept. 12th.)
Anyway, she asked us if our stay was good. We told her yes. Then she asked what we were in town for, and we told her an audition. We chatted a bit more about the audition and then she said a prayer over my daughter for her audition! It was the sweetest prayer... so heartfelt! The made our day! My daughter told me once we got in the car that the woman's prayer made her feel very special. Later that day, my daughter's audition went superbly and she is moving on to the semi-finals! Prayer works!
Thank you SpringHill Suites in Bolingbrook for being special and making us feel so special ... we'll definitely be back!

Property is nice. Good size rooms, frog and microwave's are excellent. Quite a few restaurants within walking distance, so, another plus. Parking good, breakfast good. Indoor pool a nice touch. Property sells itself.
