This hotel is tired and needs basic help. Nowhere to plug in devices next to the beds. So noisy from the freeway. I even requested a room away from the road. Cheapest windows available. Dated look. The staff was pleasant and capable.

Basic hotel with free breakfast. Tiny weight room with 3 treadmills and 4 sets of dumbbells. Worst part was the smelly room air conditioning units. It is also right next to the highway, so rooms can be noisy depending which side you get.

This hotels needs a refurbishment of the rooms. They are starting to get tired.The suite was a nice size, but the soundproofing from outside was poor. I heard road noise all night and I am not normally a light sleeper. The front desk attendant knew the requests I made on my reservation which impressed me. Nice staff.

Was in Cincinnati for training with my company. This hotel is an excellent property and I would love to stay here again if I manage to return to the area for Kings Island. Rooms are fairly quiet, though you can get a bit of noise off of I-71 which runs behind the hotel. Only issue I had was the beds are a bt of the soft side, hard to get used to when you like a more firm mattress.

This is the second time I've tried to post this. I wrote a big review about my 4yr old daughter telling daddy she saw a bug. It was a bed bug. We packed and left when we saw it and my husband killed it but it was to late. I think these reviews about bed bugs dont get published. I never would've known mine didn't, days after I thought it did, because they sent an email to confirm that I wanted to post about bed bugs by a certain date or they wouldn't post my review. I paid almost 400.00 dollars to stay here for 2 nights because I thought I wouldn't have to worry about bed bugs. I was wrong!
