needed a quiet hotel near the airport for 2 nights and for that this hotel is perfect. We had a room facing the lake on the second floor which was very quiet. Room was big with a fridge and microwave which we find very handy. A very nice ( looked brand new ) bathroom and a wonderful bed the only thing that was missing was a locker.
breakfast which was included was very good, a pity people can make such a mess leaving the breakfast room. there is always coffee and thee available at the lounge. They provide a shuttle to and from the airport but you need to give them a call if you want the shuttle to pick you up.
If you want to visit the Dolphin Mall just take the local buss which can be found just 23 blocks down the road.
We found our 2 nights in the Springhill Suites very enjoyable and we will certainly book it again for a short layover in Miami.

My friend and I stayed here after a long process of reviewing different hotels close to the Dolphin mall area. We ended up choosing this hotel because of the airport shuttle and the hotel/area shuttle. My experience was good, customer service was excellent and reception was extremely helpful. The buffet breakfast was also great! I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed one night pre cruise and were very happy with this hotel. Prompt pick up at airport, driver pleasant. Room was clean, bed and pillows were nice. Variety of food selection at breakfast , front desk staff courteous and helpful.
Shuttle to cruise port from hotel costs 10.00 per person.
One thing to add is that the hotel is in a quiet area, but they offered free shuttle to a nearby strip mall. Since we arrived late, free drop off and pick up to a local Cuban restaurant was really appreciated.

Wonderful hotel for a short stay before heading to Miami airport! We stayed for one night before heading out the the airport early in the morning. Hotel is very clean and while I did find the hallways to be somewhat basic, the room was actually quite nice. Beds were comfortable, air conditioner worked well and overall, the room was very spacious. I did find that the bathroom was a bit odd - I had to straddle the toilet to close the bathroom door, which was an unusual way for the designer to configure a bathroom!
Free breakfast was great with plenty of food!

Great hotel for overnight stays. Super friendly staff. Got in early and the front desk managed to provide me a room as early as 10.00 am. Definitely recommend it and will be back. Loved the breakfast, includes eggs, juice, bacon and all sorts of breads and pastries... gotta love it...
