My sweetie & I stayed here for the first time arriving Friday, 11/10 (& staying 2 nights). It is tucked back behind a gas station & Perkins Restaurant. There is another hotel (Ramada?) in the adjacent parking lot.
This place was pretty nice as far as SpringHill Suites goes (we have previously stayed at others). I requested (& rec'd) a top floor. This hotel was sold out over this particular weekend so I was very appreciative at being accommodated.
I forgot one portion of my cord for my laptop & was surprised that the front desk rep gladly let me use the one there. Annaese (spelling?). She was so nice to do that. When I returned it that evening before going to bed, I asked if I could use it again in the morning & she said "Of course, I will put a note on it so they'll know." Sure enough, the next morning when we went down to get coffee, I stopped at the front desk to ask to use the cord & the lady pulled it out from a drawer & attached was a note w/our room number on it. Such great service the whole weekend.
Annaese had the 1600-2400 shift that first night we arrived but I did not see her again during our stay. I was so hoping to acknowledge her great service.
Four floors & two elevators (which was a nice plus having two elevators instead of just one). We used the stairs a few times, though. I like how the bathroom sink is separate from the toilet/shower area. The extra sink where the microwave is was a nice plus for an added washing/brushing teeth area.
Furnishings were up-to-date & was in good repair. Bed was comfortable. Some rooms (including ours) had their own small hallway before getting to the door to enter the room. Pretty nice feature. Had not previously seen that. Outside was also well-maintained & looked to have recently had fresh paint.
Impressive hotel & definitely impressive staff.

We stopped here for an overnight. Big suite with two queen beds, a sofa with a second TV in that area as well as by the beds, a work station, and wet bar with a sink, counter, refrigerator and microwave.
Breakfast was above and beyond your standard continental breakfast one would expect from a property that was UNDER $100 on Expedia.
We ate dinner at a lovely and clean Perkins that was right next door and there is a gas station close by as well.
Check-in was quick and efficient.
The only negative was the construction on the main roads. We passed the entrance to the hotel and had to go around the block because the driveway was in between orange construction barrels and a porta potty and hard to locate but we're glad we did.
One thing to note (not on this stay) from having just come cross country in a U-Haul and towing our car was that the parking lot, in my opinion, would not accommodate large RV's or big trucks towing cars. There are two entrances that if you did pull in and couldn't find a place to park you could pull get out of the parking lot and back onto the street. There MAY be place to park a large RV or truck, I just didn't notice it. Just something to consider.
Also, if you're considering booking this hotel for a visit to Disney, it may look close on the map, but I would choose something closer to Disney.
The best recommendation I always give is "WOULD stay again". :)

Great staff!! Very friendly! Everyone! Good breakfast selection. Clean and quiet rooms. Nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room. The only disappointment was the current area construction. It made a 5 min trip to Whole Foods take 45 minutes. Hopefully it will be over soon!

Cute little suite. Sofa. Kitchenette. Practical set up. Clean. Smelled clean when we walked in. Bed was SUPER comfy! Could have used bigger or more pillows, but that's a personal preference.
Morning breakfast was delicious. Eggs. Bacon. Muffins. Fresh fruit (and I mean pineapple & strawberries that were perfectly ripe).... overall very pleased with our stay. Only here one night, but could stay a week & be perfectly comfortable.

SpringHill was our refuge after losing power in Hurricane Irma. Cannot say enough about the friendliness of the staff, particularly front desk. Check in was fast, and the room clean and accommodating for three adults. FREE Wi-Fi was reliable and fast for streaming video, browsing web and sending email from multiple devices. Room had a mini fridge and microwave, and they thoughtfully provided paper plates and plastic ware. Extra long couch folded out into king size. Location is in the middle of very busy section of town with restaurants and other businesses within walking distance. (It's also right off I-4, but our room was situated toward the rear of the property facing west so we could not hear any traffic noise.) Hot breakfast served, which was a blessing since the hurricane took out power to most of the city, including restaurants. Best of all, the wonderful front desk staff was extremely flexible in letting us extend our stay until we finally regained power six days later. The SpringHill experience helped helped ease a very stressful time.
