This hotel was great; from check-in to the cleanliness and (most) staff, it was exceptional and is cheap considering the amenities. BUT, we had one major issue. We had to call down to the front desk 4 times over the course of 6 hours because of other guests partying and nothing was done by the night manager. The complaints went ignored and we were told they "called" the room even though they promised us to talk to them in person. The guests should have been kicked out by the hotel. We were also told we were not the only ones to complain. While this hotel is great, I was extremely disappointed with the follow through and lack of apologies from this issue.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The entire building from the parking lot to the pool was spotless - staff was very accommodating and friendly especially Tarrah at the front desk. I stay over 100 nights a year with Marriott properties and this stay was one of the best I had all year. HIGHLY recommend this property!!

My husband is a frequent, business traveller and coming to this particular Springhill Suites is always a pleasure. Tarrah at the front desk goes over and above with customer service. She makes you feel like you're coming home on every visit. This hotel has great proximity to a lot of good restaurants and good shopping. And don't forget the courtesy, warm cookies, just one more reason to feel at home. The room has good ergonomics for working in the hotel. It also has comphy beds

This hotel looks newly renovated, although the front desk person told me it was redone last in 2015. Maintenance is clearly a priority; the hotel is shiny clean. The rooms are smallish--actually, an unfortunate illusion created by the attempt to make them "suite-like." The TV is huge, but the signal skips on some of the channels and it is really annoying (full disclosure: I did not call maintenance.). The "kitchen" amenities are a little skimpy. There are many choices at breakfast, including fresh strawberries and melon! The service is impeccable: there was a large crowd at breakfast, but the staff kept everything replenished and not looking picked over. A good choice!

For a chain this was a nice comfortable stay. The room is spacious with a separated living room. The bed was good as was the shower. My only real complaint is that the breakfast although better than many such places was still limited. The eggs were fresh but the turkey sausage was not great. We did not get to use the pool but it looked very nice.
