I have personally never stayed at the hotel. However, we attend a wedding reception here. The facility was super clean, the staff was very friendly and the decorations were beautiful!! There was plenty of room for the guest and the wait staff was great!

The hotel room was ample, comfortable and clean. Probably my only objection is that it did not have a safe for valuables. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was fairly basic. It is well located, close to pharmacies, restaurants and the highway, although it was not at all noisy.

I stayed at Springhill Suites 10/15/2017 and the bed was SOOOO comfortable. The pillows were dreamy too. I was surprised at how nice the room was when I walked in. There is a separate powder room with a toilet and sink. In the other room is a huge walk in shower and nice sink with a beautiful counter top. Between the bathrooms was a nice, big closet. It was a Queen room, so my daughter and I had our own bed.. The separate living area was very nice with sofa, love seat and coffee table. There was a separate area for using your lap top as well. It was well lit with lots of counter space. Jennifer, the breakfast attendant is so sweet. I loved talking to her and the breakfast was lovely. Waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits, fresh fruit, muffins, croissants, oatmeal and cold cereal. Just about anything you could want, There was also chocolate and whole milk, juice, yogurt and a coffee bar. I highly recommend this hotel, It was so peaceful. It is within walking distance to restaurants. Cracker Barrel is right out front of the hotel and there is Outback steakhouse, Cheddar's, Saltgrass steakhouse, Texas Roadhouse, Johnny Carrino's Italian restaurant, Chili's, Panda Express, Mc Donald's and a mall. At the next Exit down- John Martin Rd is a famous Buc-cees convenience store.

I stayed here for work. Clean hotel and good staff. Manager's happy hour was very nice. The pool was just so-so, the chlorine smell was a bit much. The breakfast was great. I wish I could find out what brand of yogurt and granola they served - I really enjoyed it. The waffles were great and the omelet ingredients made for a filling breakfast.

Nice hotel with all amenities. Pool + jacuzzi, and a 24/7 gym. Rooms are huge. Walk in shower. Great breakfast with lots of choices. Friendly staff, very helpful. A place to recommend.
Negative point : curtains are not fully darkening, and pillows are too soft
