The staff if great, the breakfast is hot and fresh, the room is clean, but a little tired. Again, it isn't bad, but not eye-popping as a Springhill can be, and I've stayed at several.
This property could use a little renovation and upgrade. When coming back to town, I'll keep this property on my list.

Very nice stay with congenial service, clean surroundings, nice room, and timely service with receipt (I asked for it very early in the day). Only ten minutes from the airport makes it a natural choice before flying out.

We booked a room at this property because it offered two queen beds in a suite-style room and a well reviewed breakfast. The breakfast did turn out to be one of the best we have had at a hotel and the room was comfortable. I gave it 4 stars because we would have enjoyed a hot tub to soak in at the end of the day, and the temperature in the room was a bit hard to control (went from too hot to too cold and back again, especially if you were sleeping close to the unit on the wall). Would recommend the hotel overall.

I was fortunate to stay 2 weeks in this hotel for work and was very happy! Friendly staff, clean rooms, great breakfast and most importantly, quiet!
I hope to make it back when I have time to enjoy the surrounding areas and relax instead of work :)

When we arrived we were told the only room still available for our confirmed room type was a handicapped accessible. We were OK with that, however when we entered the room we could hear the entire conversations of both rooms besides us - the walls are paper thin. The guests in the other rooms were not yelling, they were talking in a normal tone - and it was clearly heard in our room. We called down to the front desk and they offered up a sound machine and ear plugs (they seemed prepared - as though it wasn't a new complaint). Both served to moderate the noise in the room, however a new issue cropped up - something in the room or hotel triggered a significant allergic reaction - sneezing became non-stop, the nose a running hose - not sure if there was a mold-mildew issue(allergic to both), cleaning chemical issue(there were extremely strong chemical odors), or an animal dander issue(allergic to some). When I complained to the front desk - they offered to remove the down pillows, however that has never been an issue previously. When I advised we would need to check out due to the issues and asked for assistance in finding another room, none was offered.
