Located close to Panagal Park & shopping district of T Nagar, all within walking distance. Me & my wife stayed for 4 nights and we had a satisfactory stay.
Room is provided with split ac, Flat TV with satellite channels, comfortable bed with mattress, wardrobe, chairs, 24 hr hot/cold water supply, squarish restroom, etc. All above are funnctional.
Complimentary b/f is idli + mini utthappam or upma/kichdi & tea/coffee and served in the dining room (Capacity 8 pax) on the terrace. Lunch & Dinner thali can be pre-ordered.
Famous outlets like Nalli/ Kumaran / Sundari/RMKV Silks for Kanchivarams, GRT Jewelry, Saravana Bhavan/ A2B/BKR Grand for veg food, Fast Food outlets are all located within 1-2 km. Famous retail Stores like Saravana(referred by Biyani in his book), Rathnam Steel, Sundar (for plastics).
Got an average price of ₹ 1,100 / day from Goibibo. We were charged ₹500 for early checkin @ 0700 hrs.
Manager & support staff of 4 are cooperative, polite & helpful.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 Days. The hotels seems good, but seems highly priced for the space they have offered.
The worst night mare was that the neighboring building is under construction and the laborers were working whole night causing lot of inconvenience to all the guest that day. No assistance from the hotel to have the work stopped even at 2:30 in the night. (see attached pictures)
The other worst experience is the water... the tap water is just like recycled water, green in color and stinking.
The only good thing about the place, is the service staff.

Sree Devi Niwas has good rooms at an affordable price. I booked multiple rooms here for my wedding to accommodate all the guests. I was able to coordinate very well with the hotel and book the necessary number of rooms.

We booked through booking.com and they offered us a last minute deal.The checkin was smooth. rooms were clean and neat. Overall had a pleasant stay and thanks to all who made our stay real smooth.

Awesome experience.. The stay was very good.. cooperative staff. room service was nice.. quality of the rooms and it was maintianed neat and well. Front desk Manger (BALA) is awesome in receiving and well spoken and made my entire stay comfortable with no trouble and i really appreciate his professionalism. Thanks..
