Very congested bathroom, room service is not quick , land phones are not at all working ,rooms are not clean as expected and only little space for parking,rooms are smelling .The only best thing is laundry

i had booked this hotel via OYO Rooms , at swaraswati park junction , the rate i received was affordable , with complimentary breakfast. The room was clean and washroom was really big. It had a balcony , with LCD TV and other amenities. The lady at the reception was well behaved and willing to help. The only drawback is that , the hotel doesnt have any live kitchen , but then it is manageable , as there are enough food joints nearby. The Railway station, RTC complete are near to the hotel . over all its a pleasant stay , and yes they have a good WiFi facility too.

Rooms were well cleaned and so were the bathrooms. AC, hot water, free wifi and also room service were available. The place is well connected and near to railway station, RTC complex and RK Beach. Only problem I faced for my father that there was no lift.

This hotel is beside Saraswati Park, very near to Jagadamba Junction which is at the heart of this area of the city. Rooms and toilets are clean though not very spacious. There is no in-house restaurant. The reception and the rooms are on the 1st and 2nd floors. There is no lift. This hotel is not suitable for aged persons or those who have difficulty in climbing staircase. The staff are courteous, nice and helpful. Even they can arrange an auto or other vehicle for going to the station even after midnight. Though there is no restaurant inside, one can find various types of eateries nearby.

Hotel is quite centrally located.
Many good food joints nearby.
Comfortable hard Mattress.

Non - Existent Service.
Took an Single occupancy A/C room for 1000/- net
But due to long power cuts the hotel stopped using generator stating that they have been using generator all day and can NOT Use it anymore...i request them at least they should turn on generator and turn off all air conditioners in hotel.
after my 3 repeated request within a span of 45 mins they at last turned on generator and but switched off A/c from main.
Though i was provided room for 1000/- they only charged me only 700/- for the inconvenience caused. but the damage was already done as vizag to was reeling under heat wave and temp hovering in 40 Degrees.....
Anyways....may be a bad day..
