Bed is the most important thing for traveller. Unfortunely, i get a bed with uncomplete mattress. Only 1 layer and is the bottom mattress, which is super hard and uncomfortable. Other than that, room is big and clean. Breakfast is simple but just nice

Stayed for 2 nights...spacious room but the air conditioner was terrible,unable to set the temperature/problem with the remote device.Breakfast is provided but poorly served!only cakes available at 8.45am even though the breakfast is served until 9.30am.cleanliness need very much improvements as you can find ants in the bread!

During the recent festive season, we decided to visit penang. It was a last minute planned trip. Searched in the web n found this hotel n then we arrived and saw tripadvisor sticker...Response: No regret. Nice , spacious n comfy

Service ok, breakfast ok. Change bedsheets for me. Provide water dispenser in each room. Toilet ok. Just bath form. Nothing special. Overall for a budget hotel is good. Location wise not bad. I just stayed there for St Anne Feast.

- Booking made via Booking.com. Booked 3 rooms for group of 7 family. 8-10 July 2016
- We arrived at the hotel at 3am and the check in was smooth and the reception was very helpful
- The room is comfortable enough to rest for the nights
- Breakfast is not as fancy as Buffet Breakfast provided in resort hotel but to compare with the amount of money paid for the room it is manageable
- Fried noodles, nasi lemak,sandwiches, coffee and tea only, watermelon, curry puff, banana loaf cake
Cons
- Room 402 the bed sheet has white yellowish mark dried on top of the sheet.
- I am not able to verified what is it but I pretty sure the sheet is not being replaced after the previous guest checked out
- Need to improve on the cleanliness for the cutlery provided for breakfast
- I do not favor the strong smell of cigarette fume on the lobby area when we checked in at 3am 9July 2016
- Massage service brochure at the reception is very misleading. I wanted to take my mom for massage the next day because RM40 for 40 minutes is a steal, but I was advise the massage advertisement on the reception counter is not a "massage" for women but only for men but the reception personnel was kind enough to acknowledge/explain to not go to the massage SPA up stair.
- Sleepy town at this area located at Auto City, no nearby restaurant
I give 3 stars because the room is alright but not the worst ever in my life,
I can sleep, I can shower, I can eat the breakfast and have tea/coffee.
Pay less get less.
