Sri Sai Residency is a good budget hotel if you want to stay in Tirupati for a day or two. Please note that it's a 24 hrs checkin/out hotel even though I booked online. I had booked 4 bed AC room through GOIBIBO(where i got great discounts) and stayed with my wife, 5year son and parents for 2 days.
The hotel is at walkable distance (around 500m) from Tirupati railway station in Market place. It is right next to the govindarajaswamy temple. There is ample place for Parking in the basement.
My Check in was a breeze since I pre-paid for my room on line. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. We received a 2 Litre complementary water too. My room was LARGE, neat and very comfortable and added to this was a extra sitting room with sofa and table. Though there is no restaurant in the hotel, service boy brought us food from nearby restaurant. Restaurants and shopping are very close to this location. OLA/ Uber was always readily available.
Customer service is above and beyond, kudos to everyone!!
I would highly recommend Sri Sai and will be back.

If you're having a tight budget and want a descent stay in Tirupati then this can be your destination for a day or two. I visited this place in July 2017. The rooms were pretty descent but the hotel didn't provide any towels or napkins or toilet soaps etc. We were booked for a AC room with 2 double beds but the AC was not working functioning properly for first few hrs. The staff is courteous and nice. Another reason for selecting this place is because it is next to Govindraj Temple and located near Tirupati Railway Station and the market area for any local shopping.

Hotel is located next street to famous Govindharaja Perumal Temple. Rooms are clean and neat but looks old with out dated electrical.
Good if you are not looking for long stay but need to fresh up before getting ahead of Tirumala.

It's a good budget hotel if you want to stay in Tirupati for a day or two.
Good thing is they honor 24 hrs stay even though we book online with 12 to 12pm which saves lot of money.
The location is very near and walkable to Railway Station but the street is narrow and difficult if want to wait in cab etc outside.
The management is very cooperative.
Room is clean but bathroom could have been better.
No in house restaurant but near to many restaurants so not an issue

I had booked this hotel for 1 night. I had bad experience with this hotel. First of all this hotel resides in a narrow road. Identifying the hotel was a big problem. They have enough space for parking the two wheeler. But to park our car we had struggle a lot that too in the midnight. Driveway to the parking is very narrow and we need to be expert in driving.
The lift was not working, no hot water after 9.AM in the morning. We had booked a AC room, but AC was not working at all.Room was not clean and neat. Bed was so hard. For an amount more than 1000, this hotel is not recommended. Iniitaly i believed travelguru and booked the hotel. But now onward i will not book any hotel through travelguru. They do not have any quality check before they post in their website. Avoid avoid travelguru
