We stopped off here on our way to San Francisco and found it to be really clean. Arthur on the front desk was really helpful and in walking distance to restaurants etc. Would recommend to anyone travelling to Monterey.

I would recommend that there are disposable drinking cups in the rooms. I enjoyed the hardwood floors instead having carpeted flooring . The room lighting was good. The motel was close to Highway 101.

The room appeared to be newly refurbished and was in excellent order. The beds were very comfortable. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Do not expect a large swimming pool, but handy if you wanted to cool off. The central heating/air conditioning was very noisy but apart from that we would recommend it and stay there again.

Stage Coach had a big room, big bed, friendly staff; and good location off the Camino Aguajito, even walkable to the water! SC Lodge was efficient re our requested change of booking...but we had a problem with inaccessability of a contact number and human voice to Booking.com.

I stayed here for about a week in October. Very clean hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. I checked in about an hour later than their check-in window and they did not penny and dime me for that. I had forgotten my laptop in one of the drawers and they ensured finding it (even though their next customer for that room was already there). Overall a very pleasant experience.
