Location is far from subway highways and buses are close , taxis available right away
WiFi one has to refresh each day , rooms were clean and tidy .
Staff is pretty responsive , in Rome airconditioner is not available like in the states , does not matter how many stars your hotel has, Italian system of AC is open your windows.
Hotel is very close to the Vatican if you want to hi fi the Papal

We had a fantastic time here. We stayed two nights, and we found it to be fantastic. Breakfast was pretty average and not much variety was available. The room was amazing; spacious, clean, and modern. Bathroom was one of the best I've seen. Service was first-class and very helpful. Location was great, only a 5 minute stroll to the Vatican. Highly recommend and would definitely consider coming back if ever in Rome again.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and up to date, and of course very near the Vatican. There are many cafes and shops nearby as well.
I would point out that the wifi is not actually free, the way I define it. It is free for the first 24 hours. After that, it wants you to pay for one of their upgraded versions, something like E8/day. Since my AT&T IDP plan is $10/day, I saw no reason to pay for that. So if you stay one night, free. Multiple nights, not free.
The staff is efficient but brusque at times. We asked for an iron and were told we could only have it for one hour. That's a first.

Terrible! Disrespectful staff! Stay away!
They let us check in even though they had just turned the water off. When we got to our room there was no water. We called the front desk and the person said: "we turned the water off at 11 pm there is nothing we can do, we are not going to turn the water on for you."
No apologies or anything.
We didn't leave in respect of our 1y old baby. The next day we talked to the Assistant Manager Domenico and he was as rude as his staff. No apologies until I said that his staff should at least apologize for not letting us know the hotel had no water at all. Than he said: "I apologize, if you want you can take something from the bar"
The bar??? For goodness sake !!!
We said we wanted a better solution or at least talk to the manger.
After 30 minutes he called our room and said: "we are not going to do anything, you can leave if you want".
Disgusting! I've never been so poorly treated in my life! They didn't even care that we had a baby.

Excellent location and 10 mins walk to the Vatican. Surrounded by restaurants galore. As soon as get to end of road the dome of Vatican is in front of you.
Breakfast service was poor. First morning no tea bags or knives. Second morning no tea bags saucers cups or plates. Staff need to be more observant.
No shop inside this hotel to buy anything you have forgotten to pack. A few doors down around the corner are the local shops selling everything and open until late.
Free wi fi quick connections and can be used throughout the hotel.
Staff on desk friendly speak English and very helpful. Loved it.
