Great breakfast, service, shuttle, and Evening Social. Their GM even drove the shuttle one day. Now that’s commitment! I believe they were going under a remodel in the Spring of 2017, so it will be even nicer now, and it was nice before the remodel.

It's nice when the staff remember you from one day to the next and are over and above helpful. I had to wait for about a half an hour for my room to be ready, however, the lounge was quiet and chairs to wait were quite comfie and Jessica came to let me know my room was ready.
The social hour food at 5:30 was sausages and salad. Passed on the greasy looking sausage and hot dogs and had a really nice salad. They only have a license for beer at this location so later we walked over to Longhorn for a drink. Nice walk. The property has a pond with picnic tables making it a nice place to stroll after the sun goes down.
Free shuttle from and to airport with our driver not wanting to take the tip we pressed on her. So sweet. Girl, never refuse money you earn through legal and gainful employment. I'm just sayin.

We were greeted warmly by the front desk clerk, and thanked for being a rewards member. The hotel and our suite were lovely. The suite was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good. We would definitely stay at one of your hotels again!

The managers were extremely rude. Hotel was not as clean as other Staybridges that we have stayed. Very unfriendly staff. Definitely have had better food at other Staybridge hotels. NOT worth the price.

An airline travel delay led us to booking a room at the Staybridge Suites in Chantilly, Virginia. We had not stayed here before. What a wonderful surprise when we walked through the door of this newly rennovated hotel. It was so nice and inviting. When we entered our room, we were in for another surprise. The room was great and perfectly suited our needs. It had a kitchenette with a 2 burner stove, a full size sink, a full size fridge, a microwave, dishwasher and even silverware and pots and pans if you desired to cook. There was also a desk and chair and a sofa with ottomans for relaxing. The room had the most comfortable king size bed and was very quiet. The bathroom was so nice too. It has a beautiful new walk in shower and the sink area had lots of counter space.
They serve a hot breakfast too which includes items such as scrambled eggs, canadian bacon, an assortment of breads, muffins, coffeecakes, even small yogurt parfaits. There was also a place to make your own waffles. It also included several cereal choices and fruit juices.
The only criticism I had with this hotel was that during breakfast, they had 3 tvs going in different parts of the area. One was on ABC, the others were on CNN, and MSNBC. It would have been considerate and thoughtful of their guests to have had one tv on Fox News for a different perspective.
I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again in the future.
