The location for business trip is ok and closure to Placa De Sol shopping center is an advantage. Far away from historical city center.
The room cleaned every day.
Breakfast is fine. Also there is dinner 3 times a week.
Staff is very friendly and assisting with talking with non-English speakers (Uber drivers).
There is a gym and outside small pool.

I just stayed here for three weeks and have no complaints at all. Very nice place, right near the plaza del sol. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast and evening meals, nice pool. I was here for work and would definitely pick this again.

This hotel is the only option for us because we are group of 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Everything is very regular, rooms, service and breakfast. Compared with the other hotels with this same level in Guadalajara, I guess this one is a little bit pricy. But I guess the good thing about this hotel is the location.

Arrived at 15:30, room was not ready.
Room
Good size for a suite with two bedrooms. Carpets as dirty as they can be found. A/C heater not working for one of the rooms and the living room. The solution provided was to plug in a couple of those portable electric heaters. That shows poor maintenance procedures.

We stayed for a competition, it was easy to move anywhere. Quiet , clean, everyone was courteous, good breakfast. Very close to the mall, walking distance .
Close to other atracttiions.
Well located, almost new. All suites are for longer stays, good sofa bed...
