Fully equipped gym and heated pool. Clean laundromat. Overall a very pleasant stay. Parking available. Comfortable bed's.
Comfortable Hotel
yazzy13on 15/11/2017 19:55Clean, comfortable and spacious suites, nice staff, good location all make this a good choice for Hamilton. The complimentary buffet breakfast is convenient but don't expect anything gourmet. Wi-Fi is slower than usual - something that would lead me to choose another place, all other things being equal.
Comfortable Stay
LennyNSon 08/11/2017 21:37We shared two adjoining rooms with a small kitchenette. We had everything we needed for a comfortable family stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent, the staff courteous and helpful. You may notice at check-in complimentary ear plugs. These are intended to help with weekend noise from Hess Village. We didn't experience an issue with that but new construction on Caroline across from the hotel started up at 6:30, a problem for light sleepers. Indoor parking is limited so an early arrival is preferred if the hotel is busy.

KLoveTorontoon 05/11/2017 21:14A nice extended-stay type hotel in downtown Hamilton, about a 5 minute walk from Jackson Square. Good basic breakfast available - was included in my rate. Staff was terrific and the room spacious and comfortable.
Always a pleasant stay
escape_the_normon 23/10/2017 10:13Usually stay in this hotel when in Hamilton for business and it is always a pleasant experience. The rooms are very spacious and clean and the staff are always very welcoming and helpful. Car parking is also very secure.
