A very nice property with a warm, friendly staff. They were very accommodating and as a spire IHG member allowed us a late checkout. A very nice social hour and taco buffet as well. I recommend to anyone, business or leisure travel!

Average roof over your head

From other reviews and photos of this hotel, maybe my expectations were a bit too high. It's acceptable - a roof over your head, nothing extraordinary or special. I must say all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room though was much more dated that I thought it was going to be. The bed was comfortable but the furniture and kitchenette cabinets were all very banged up. Also, if you want your room made up on the weekends you have to request it ahead of time; there is no regularly scheduled housekeeping on weekends. The breakfast spread is ok if you're just looking for a little something to get in your belly to start the day. Oh and our room faced a Mercedes Benz dealership whose lights were blaring all night long. Good thing the hotel has black out shades. Also, the walls are a bit thin in between rooms, we could hear our neighbors talking and I'm sure they could hear us, too!

I stayed in a King bed room here and the service and cleanliness of the staff and room was amazing!!! Every morning I went down for breakfast and they always had plenty for everyone! They also had something for everyone! The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only thing it was lacking in my opinion was weights in the workout room.

Needless to say, I stay here for a reason, the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. I like the location. Several restaurants nearby and more are being built. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you ever have a problem, get with Joe, he will fix it! If you accumulating points, get on top of the staff, they cannot figure that one out! I constantly have to stay on top of that one! Make sure your points are credited before you leave! The breakfast needs help! Go across the parking lot and get some awesome fresh breakfast tacos! Totally worth it! There is free soda and coffee and a waffle machine(never used it) I do drink the coffee and soda! Never used the pool or hot tub or grills (seen them all used) They take pets, but for a price!

No Hot Tub Just a Cold Pool

When we checked in, I asked about the Texas size hot tub as advertised on the website and was told that it was out of service and that no one knew when it would be fixed including the assistant manager. We were told that we should use the pool although it was not heated and that the air temperature would warm it up. We tried going for a swim but the temperature was much like Lake Superior. We decided to give it another try but the water filling up the pool was actually colder than the already cool pool. This was very disappointing since we were staying at the Staybridge for 4 days.

As other people have mentioned, the staff are very friendly and resolved any problems we had except for the pool and hot tub situation. Breakfast was very good and we really enjoyed the meals and drinks which were served during the social hour. Our room was very nice.
