The location of this hotel is perfect, but the standard ain't good. The hotel seems to be poorly soundproofed and there was knocking on the doors and load shouting several times at night between 4 and 6. The chairs in the livingrom was worn out and the floor was damaged. The cleaning was poor and there was a lot of fudge in the bathroom.

We stay as my living room was being decorated. Very well located, rooms big and clean.Kitchen was really well equiped. The rooms were a good size.
The staff were very feindly and helpful. Would stay again thank you

Girls weekend. Pulled settee out cos tv on far end of wall away from 2nd sofa. Glass under it & nuts. All tiles by cooker covered in fat. My pillow had a foot print on it from someone obviously dropping it & standing on it. Plug hole in bath orange need a bit of bleach to remove. Stopped here 3 years ago never any issues. Would stay again town centre everything around that's needed. But cleaning needs looking at.

Had a super stay as a group of friends.Lovely, welcoming and helpful staff.Really great apartment-we were lucky to have been allocated the penthouse suite which provided a high standard of cleanliness,comfort and electrical appliances.Great stay!

It was lovely, I would definitely go again if price right. The only problem we had was mould around the bathroom, which is easy sorted in the cleaning. Apartment was very close to town and Liverpool One, so excellent. Museums and Art Gallery very easy to get to.
