Firstly, I would like to say the actual apartment and location is really good and close to the Northern Quarter and city centre shopping etc. However my low rating is due to the security charge which we were asked for when we booked in. We were also asked for photo ID which I've never had to supply before in any hotel apart from passport abroad. We were asked for £50 each which we questioned and were then asked for £68 which was the cost of the room which I had supplied card details to pay for. It is a week since I stayed and I am still waiting for the £ to be put back into my account!! When I phoned the apartment none of the staff seemed capable of clearly explaining why the £ isn't back in my account. We stayed there and didn't damage the apartment so surely the £ should then be put back into my account, or even better only charged to people who actually damage the property! Shame as they are good apartments but I won't stay again.

Really enjoyed our two night stay we had two apartments next to each other. They were clean and functional, ideal for groups. We will definitely return. Located close to shops and northern quarter. Would recommend.

When you spend so little you dont expect much.
That is where the surprise is.
The apartments are really lovely and spacious, lotions are central, where you want them.
I would use them again and again, better than a hotel with just a room and a tv.
there were a few greasy finger marks on the glass table and a glass with the previous persons drink left hidden behind a curtain, which is why I marked it down on cleanliness, but it did not mar my stay. the bedroom and bathroom were clean & beds were comfy

Early check in is advertised but upon request we were told to come back at 2:30pm we checked in at 3:30 half an hour after normal check in time. Security deposits of £50pp are not advertised upon booking and were taken without account holder knowledge before an agreement was signed upon check-in.

Excellent value for money! Went for a weekend with friends the apartment was fantastic we had 2 bathrooms which was really useful the apartment was clean and spacious. We will definitely be staying here again soon 😊
