I really and truly enjoy my stay at this hotel. It was big and beautiful. This will be my go to hotel whenever I travel or just need a night to myself.

Very nice reasonably priced room in a great location. Lot of eating places near by.
Only issue I would point out was that there was an odor outside the complex early morning.

Amazing room, especially for the price. I was able to cook dinner for my boyfriend and myself. It was very clean and the staff were so friendly! We always enjoy going there!

Wonderful staff. Our room was large, very comfortable mattress, nice kitchen with full-size appliances and dishes. Good selection of breakfast items. Close to downtown Hartford. Located near grocery store, Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks.

We had booked a week at this hotel through Booking.com and I had to cancel but it was within the time limit for a new fee cancellation charge the hotel went ahead and charged me $100 for cancellation they said they never heard from Booking.com they said they had no information on me at all in their computer but they had enough information on me to charge me the hundred dollar deposit fee! This is not a very good practice for a hotel chain!
