What a lot of people need to understand that this was a Marriott that have foreclosed with Economyof me went down so you’re not gonna have the luxuries of a regular Marriott this is a weekly suite a budget hotel really that does a weekly studios for less the beds the king beds are very comfortable there’s a lot of space in these roomsMy children came to visit me in these rooms and we have enough space to have family time I don’t have any problems with this hotel I don’t know why people are given a one unless they’re just mad because They pay 330 a week which is a pretty good rate for Wi-Fi and everything else and the channels of cable it also has a phone I took a smoking room because of dad’s kid smoke I was on the third floor this is run 3 24. And every time I’ve came out here I’ve been using these people for the past two years they have been nothing but polite to me and everybody has been very polite there won’t be a Breakfast because studios for less doesn’t do the breakfast says however there is a dollar store it’s next to all of the shops Chesapeake Square mall Applebee’s I’ll back steakhouse it has a dollar tree it has Walmart supercenter everything is walking distance is off the bus line so you can take a bus it’s near Cracker Barrel it’s near Chuck E. Cheese’s it’s near the freeway 664 so everything is very convenient over here you don’t have to have a car you can walk everywhere going to or get on the bus line like I do. It also has a lot of storage room as well and has an ironing board it has a iron it has a closet it has a turbot has very hot water and alarm clock big trashcan coffee pot everything he needs in itCan’t say I was satisfied and if this is the one on Gum Rd., Mister Patel’s and GM

The hotel was clean and tbe staff was friendly. Disappointed since new management they do not serve continental breakfast. However there are close places to eat.
Downfall the staff wouldn't give me the discount rate online because i didnt reserve the room even though she saw the lower price online.
PLEASE DO NOT RISK STAYING HERE....

LET ME START BY SAYING, I SHOULD'VE KNOWN BETTER THAN TO CHECK INTO AT A HOTEL THAT SELLS "BLUNTS" AT THE FRONT DESK!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unlike other guest, I didn't choose this hotel. The hotel was reserved by the guest of honor in advance for an event that I was attending in the area. I didn't even stay in my room (checked in at 2:32am and was gone at 3:07am) and was still charged for the night. I dropped off my husband and went to the store, when I returned my husband greeted me at the door and said that the hallway smelled of urine, the room wasn't clean and the bathroom was dirty. I told the front desk person that we wouldn't be staying and the first thing that she asked was "Is it because of the bathroom?" I told her the issues that I had and insisted that I not be charged for the night and she told me that I would have to take it up with the manager. I called and spoke to the manager and he told me that he reserved 5 rooms for that weekend and lost a lot of money because only one guest showed up. He said that somebody was going to pay because he lost money and that somebody was going to be me and that if I had any issues, I should take them up with the guest of honor that reserved the rooms and not him. I explained that I would've stayed at the hotel if the room was up to par but my issue is not with the person that reserved the room, it's with the hotel. He stated that he was done talking about it and was going to hang up on me. This hotel use to be a Marriott about 6 years ago, please believe that it is NOTHING close to the Marriott standard. It is in such bad shape and needs to be revamped immediately. The owners, management and staff need to be replaced and the hotel needs a complete renovation by someone that knows and understands the true meaning of HOSPITALITY.

Dirty, disgusting room. Dead bugs in window, spider webs all over TV, on corners of ceiling, dirty, ratty furniture, hair all over shower and sink. Sketchy characters around the hotel. Housekeepers and management obviously do not care, it is obvious to anyone looking at that room that it had not been cleaned well. Forget about complaining to management, they have a supposed "no refunds" policy. That should have been a warning sign up front. Any reputable business should have some degree of customer service should something not be right.
There are other reputable, brand name hotels around this one. Spend a few dollars more and stay somewhere nicer...this place is terrible. Only stayed there one night and couldn't get out fast enough.

This used to be Best Western executive Plus. Was decent hotel. Made a reservation for three weeks 21 days at $294 a a week paid for the first two weeks third week charge me 322 told me that the rates are subject to change. That's not true I made a deal for 21 days at 294. They did not honor their deal. But what do you expect from low lifes. Hotels okay caters to a lower class of people. The owner has police on the weekends guard his hotel to keep the riff-raff out. Maintenance is at at all times low. The elevators been broke for 2 weeks Wi-Fi is hanging off the ceiling the documents holder for the elevator is bent and unrepaired. Had no hot water on 2 separate days. They blamed my room. Hotel is slowly declining into a D grade hotel. If your on a budget and don't mine little to no service. This is your place and your franchise. Word of advice get your rate in writing. The change it DAILY. Unlike there sheets.
