We came to this place twice for a quick meal. We got the 9€ plates each time with lasagna, fish or chicken and a vegetable. The amount of food you get at this place is incredible. And the quality is great, too. Tastes like a home cooked, comfort food meal. Don’t expect fancy, high-end dining at this place. The meals are already prepared and they reheat them, but it’s still delicious and you get your money’s worth.

This place isn't high quality fine dining but they don't pretend to be. If you are super hungry and feel like home style good honest Italian food then I'd recommend this place. The servings are huge and they are a Bain-marie style service so you can see what you want and order at the counter. We got a set price per plate (meat and 2 veg options I think). Not somewhere you'd go for a romantic night out but is definitely tasty. They offer wifi and is located on a nice corner where you can watch the street go by. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Recommended

Lasagna and pizza are delicious, the stuff is very friendly and all we have found in this small restaurant was really lovely after a long day walking and sightseeing under the sun of Rome on the way to our hotel nearby. Cold white wine for me and cold double beer for my husband - what more do you need?!

Took some time searching for a decent rated restaurant in the vicinity of where we are staying, and thankfully choose La Cuccuma. Great little place, vibe and the service was awesome. Prices were very reasonable and the food was lush. Does what it says on the tin, and was very busy on a Sunday night which says it all. Will be back again before we finish our week break in Rome....

We stayed nearby this place and our host recommended this place for "Italian Fast Food place".
We were very hungry and decided to check this out. A really nice one, it was a re-heated food, but we don't mind. Very good value of money and their food was really good and friendly staffs too.
