A modern, but sterile feeling hotel. Everything for the sake of efficiency must be their motto! I'll put up with their molded plastic bathroom, soap dispensers, etc. but it is the skimping on staff which really hurts. First we waited at the airport for about 45 minutes for the shuttle. On the second day, our room key wouldn't work and the apparently overworked sole desk clerk just asked us our room number before giving us a new key. Didn't even ask our name! What a breach of security!!!

We stayed here for four days in a family room for four. It was a nice spacious room with a comfortable double bed and two single beds. Room was very clean and mordon. Good size TV which was on wheels so you could move around the room, on the remote you can change language to English speaking. A nice bathroom with separate shower cubical. Separate toilet which was handy. Room service everyday. There was a microwave, kettle and sink in the room, also tea and coffee. It was good to have the microwave because we could warm food up as the hotel does not have a evening restaurant to eat. There's a supermarket about 10min walk which is reasonable price and a few burger shops. We used Just Eat to order food in. There is a zoo next door which we visited the price was 5 Euros which was definitely worth the price we enjoyed walking around. Train station is about 5 min walk and very good access to Nice city center, Monti Carlo and other shopping cities. Hotel offers airport transfer which was very prompt we just called and the sent there bus to pick us up. Friendly reception staff they were helpful in all questions we asked. Did not use the pool or gym. Overall a nice professional run hotel clean and tidy with pleasant and helpful staff. I would stay here again.

First, be careful when you make reservations for Novetel Suites Nice Airport. Apparently there are 3 within a few K of each other. I had reservations at one farther from the airport. This one is right across the street. The young man on the desk was VERY helpful getting us a room, charging the same price and assisting us with our luggage. I had a rental car to return and was concerned about exactly where to go. He had me follow him in the hotel van, I turned the car in and he took me back to the hotel.
The hotel is very nice, clean, rooms a good size and you couldn't hear planes taking off.
Only negative was the restaurant. Food was decent and reasonable price. There was 3 people working. Only one was a waitress. The other two brought the food and accommodated requests. They were overwhelmed with activity and appeared to be very disorganized. It took forever to get my check and no one came back to get my payment. I finally took the check to the front desk and had it charged to my room. So next morning with a flight to get, I didn't dare eat breakfast there.
All that said, I couldn't say enough good about the man on the front desk. I regret I didn't get his name.

Very friendly staff, although I did not get as requested a room to the back (quieter due to road works). Very tidy and clean hotel. I normally stay at the same lo cation in the IBIS Styles and actually prefer that.

Check in took a while, staff weren't particularly friendly.
Rooms, although practical, were boring.
Little to make you feel good about yourself while staying here.
Loud construction works going on outside, rubbish food - took solace from the slightly less worse restaurant next door.
Shuttle service to the airport came with a heap of attitude and passive aggression from the driver.
I look forward to not staying here again.
