Very nice hotel with spacious room just opposite the State de France. However, the breakfast, for €15, is a total let down.
The parking is secure.
The fitness room is laughable and there is no swimming pool.
Worst Experience

This was by far the worst hotel I have stayed in. The hotel manager needs to get some customer service training the rudest women I have met in my life. I have travelled all over the world and by far this has been the worst experience. The breakfast was make your own dry eggs , the coffee was cold, there was half a baguette, the juice was sour. We had to walk around the area for half hour looking for somewhere to have a decent breakfast. For such a big hotel chain it's disgusting. They are building downstairs we did not sleep the whole night because of the noice. I would not recommend this you place to anyone.
A Great Night's Sleep Only 2 Stops From Central Paris!

I was looking to combine convenience, value, comfort and a quiet location when searching for a Paris hotel earlier this year and this ticked all those boxes! My wife, two kids (3 & 5) and myself all stayed in a family suite (roughly £60) towards the end of August 2017 for one night. The hotel is modern and offers very comfortable beds, air-con and en-suites as well as a handy room-wide curtain to split the suite in two so the kids felt like they had their own space. It was incredibly quiet although there was no events on at the Stade de France which is literally right opposite - I'm sure this would be very different on match days/night! As for location, it was 2 stops on RER line B from central Paris (only one stop for those arriving by Eurostar/Thalys at Gare du Nord) and this line also runs to Charles de Gaulle airport. The station itself was only 5 minutes walk (La Plaine - Stade de France).
Not too much in the way of restaurants and shops around there but there was a supermarket within 10 minutes walk, closer to St Dennis.
I'd thoroughly recommend this hotel for those who want easy access to Paris but value a peaceful night's sleep.
Good for busniess stays

I stayed at this hotel for 1 night due to business. I checked in late on Monday night and was greeted by the friendly receptionist, who gave me clear instructions to my room and where breakfast will be (it's right next to the reception, it looks like a bar but it's actually for breakfast). The room itself was very spacious; I was surprised to see both a fridge AND a microwave in the room, alongside a separate sofa and table to relax on. The bathroom was big - both bath and walk-in shower - the toilet was separate as well so if you're sharing with someone it could come in handy. The only things I disliked about the room were; 1) The room got a little cool at times, especially in the middle of the night, I couldn't find a clear air-conditioning unit for the room to fix it, and 2) the curtains were very thin, which was fine as at the time it was winter and dark early at night until late in morning, but for summer it maybe a problem if you're a light sleeper.
The next morning I came down to breakfast and, as I suffer from food allergies, I wanted to speak to a waiter or chef. I found a waitress who was tending to the breakfast bar, but she didn't speak any English. I handed her a card (in French) that listed my allergies, sadly we still struggled to communicate so had to enlist the help of the receptionist, who was on the phone for the majority of the time. As I'm allergic to gluten/wheat and dairy, there wasn't much for me to eat aside from fruit. I did bring my own bread and asked if I could borrow their toaster; they told me to use the toaster/waffle heater that was at the breakfast bar but as I feared for cross-contanmination I didn't use it. So in the end I use my bread with the various spreads they had, some fruits, and black English breakfast tea (they didn't have soya milk either). I took note that the breakfast bar also had a fridge with yogurts in them, plenty of bread products on the side (including baguette & croissant), so there is plenty of options, just not so much for allergy sufferers!
When I checked out, the receptionist help me get a cab, and also allowed me to enjoy more of the breakfast bar before it arrived.
Overall it was a nice hotel, the room was well maintained and offered a lot but this isn't very friendly to allergy sufferers. If you're an allergy suffer and must stay here, I recommend bringing as much as you can (milk, bread, etc) and getting the Superoir Suite as you can use the fridge and microwave.
Fabulous location for Stade de France and easy access to central Paris

We stayed here for one night after seeing Coldplay in Stade de France. Literally 5 minutes walk from the "pitch" to the hotel bar! Nice, spacious, modern room with comfortable bed linen, nice fluffy good sized towels and practical walk in shower (complete with aromatherapy option) .... also appreciated the little extras such as good quality fair-trade tea bags and coffee and the nice toiletries which were provided.
The staff were without exception friendly and helpful (they were all wearing Viva La Vida t shirts which I thought was a nice touch as the hotel was obviously full of Coldplay fans!
Easy parking under the hotel. Can't comment on breakfast as we went into the centre of Paris to eat, however they did provide free cheese and bread and have a nice little shop where you can purchase salads and sandwiches amongst other things.. It was great to find some healthy options readily available.
It is an easy 6 or 7 minute walk to the train station.
Would definitely use the hotel again.
